Thought the bag our food came in was amazing, thoughtful and useful but the service quality was just not there. My daughter’s quesadillas were missing the sour cream that was a part of the order and the fries were accompanied by napkins instead of ketchup. We are from out of town and this could be the norm for the area and just not something we are used to. Was a little excited to try after a long day of flying so it was a tad disappointing. Fries were a good temp on arrival and the cheese on the quesadillas had good flavor.

We got our order delivered. It was frustrating because they took a long time getting our food ready. We tried calling them but they didn’t care to pick up our phone calls. The Uber pickup guy had to wait for a long time. In total, it took an hour and a half to get us our meal. The food wasn’t aweful, but very underwhelming and not worth the hype. If you’re thinking about trying it due to being influenced by some food influencer, consider sitting in to experience it and judge it yourself, don’t have it delivered. I personally probably won’t go back. Also, don’t get their tres leche cake. It’s not good, poor quality and is just straight up a soggy bead-like cake with a cheap watered down milky syrup.

I was in Minneapolis for a conference and someone recommended Boss Burger. I ordered the Greek Gyro Bowl and the Classic Smash Burger. The food was delicious, but what impressed me even more was the attention to detail — the branded box, the bags, the napkins everything looked so professional.

Beware if you order the Boss Burger & Gyro cheeseburger. It comes with nothing on it but cheese. There’s no ketchup or mustard or pickles. There is a section below where you can choose extra sauce or extra toppings. So I assumed that since it said “extra” that there was already the basics on the burger. I’ve never ordered a cheeseburger that comes with literally nothing on it!
There’s no signage anywhere for Boss Burger. And no dining-in have could see. We ordered on our phone and when we went inside to pick-up, the computer couldn’t find our order.
We called a number and the did indeed have our order.
VERY expensive for a burger (the Boss Cheeseburger) the size of a McDonald’s hamburger and it didn’t even have ketchup or mustard. AND it had bits of grissle.

Man Head chef was nice took my order and no complications. Food was fantastic. Lady truffle burger and Truffle fries was fantastic. Brownie was soft. I also tried the mineral soda water. Everything 10/10

I got a burger here yesterday, I don’t usually leave bad reviews but man I just couldn’t not leave the honest review. I said Hi to the person working…nothing. Then my brother tried to order his food and the machine wasn’t working great so he didn’t get anything. I really just wanted to see what the burger was talking about flavor wise and I really love eating halal foods. I don’t know I got the boss burger and it just tasted depressing. It was 12$ I think then I tipped 2 as well. I was gonna ask for a refund but I didn’t even wanna bother with it truly. I’m not sure if I’d be back to try anything else. My brother expressing his frustration on the punch machine lol

You do not want to eat here. Ordered on the kiosk in house, waited more than 30 minutes, and called the number, and then later he says they already made it and someone else must have taken it. That was a lie because I was waiting for the food at the counter and seating area the whole time. Didn’t give a refund. Burger was decent, but fries were not good. Backlava tasted like soggy croissant doused in sugary syrup. Did not finish the fries nor the baklava because I didnt like the taste. See pictures for what the place actually looks like. Don’t eat from here unless you are: 1) not in a rush, 2) very patient with time/not hungry, 3) don’t care that most people inside are food delivery people waiting to pick/up and drop off food for customers, and 4) not looking for a nice place to eat.
