I received the wrong order, but since my break was almost over, I decided to eat it anyway and didn’t have time to go back. Later, the manager personally called to apologize and even offered to drive to my workplace to bring me the correct order. I declined, so he gave me a full refund and offered a free order for next time. I’ve never had a manager handle a situation so professionally. Amazing customer service—definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location!

The service was great but when I got home to eat the sandwich there was almost no lettuce and barely any tomato, I needed up having to add my own just to make it what I wanted instead of just meat cheese and bread

Forgot the peppers. I ordered online. Well enough time for it to be done but it wasn’t. Kid saw me standing there and asked ‘are you picking up….no shit… they made the cashiers order before mine and he left asking them when they worked next. Teenager making my food was jumping around like dance moves and making jokes. Very unprofessional. No attention to detail, not able to read the order. What a joke this place is. I won’t go back.. I am sick and tired of people not doing their jobs! Everyone at this location needs to grow up! I was in the gas station last week and they were blasting music. Who runs this store? Who are the managers? Get the orders correct and be professional!

This Jimmy John’s is inside of a gas station, but it has plenty of seating and delicious sandwiches. The employees were nice and had good customer service… I think most of them were 14, so they were excited to work.
Got through my order fast, but not as “freaky fast” as other JJs I’ve been to. Overall, I’d go here again.
