Pasture Kitchen uses clean ingredients sourced from local pastures to create dishes that make you feel great – at an affordable price. Try our grass fed smash burger, pasture raised chicken sandwich, and tallow fries. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available. Join us for Prime Rib Night every Friday from 5-9p. Enjoy a four-course pre fixe menu with locally-sourced ingredients including seasonal soup, salad, grass-fed prime rib, and dessert. Reservations strongly encouraged on Open Table. Regular menu remains available all night.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review, but I just can’t. I ordered the smash, the bird, and some tallow fries. The burger was just plain dry. I think the juices are all smashed out of it in the cooking process. Everything seemed to be lacking flavor. The tallow fries were soggy and greasy. I know everyone is different, but for me the tallow didn’t sit too well and I burped for a good 6 hours tasting those fries over and over again. Things fried in vegetable oil sit much better with me. The guy working the counter was very friendly, the atmosphere was good, and the place was clean. Food presentation was good, but I wish it tasted as good as it looked.

We got The Smash, The Bird and Tallow fries, they were sooo good! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, highly recommend if you’re craving fast food but care about what you’re putting in your body! And the service was great, the owner is super nice – they even split our burger on the cute smaller plates because we were sharing!

The tallow fries are incredible! I’m salivating just thinking about it. We got a chocolate banana smoothie and dipped the fries, WICKED GOOD!
The buns were soft and fresh, the burgers were cooked perfectly
The vibe was great, good music, they have mason jars with all the spices, everything is fresh and local. We had been driving for 2+ hours, so we were ready to sit and eat, and it was a good spot, we will be back.
My only negative is that some of the chicken was raw, but Laurie made us whole, and overall we enjoyed our experience

The food here is seriously good. I had the smash burger and tallow fries. My partner, a vegetarian, the squash soup and grilled cheese (with mushroom). Both were very well made. I particularly liked the care they took in preparing the food. It’s an open kitchen so we could see everything. They tasted a fry after it was seasoned. Same with the soup after heating it in a pot. The plate was wiped clean to ensure a good presentation. No of it seemed performative. The people being the counter are clearly well trained. My only regret is that the menu didn’t seem to stretch their skills or talents. Maybe it’s the local market.

Don’t be put off by the buildings look! Burger was delicious. Fries were one of a kind and absolutely divine! Melt was also enjoyed. Great spot to stumble upon while taking a visitor on a mini tour of NWCT & the surrounding area. Will certainly visit again & look forward to trying more of the menu/introducing it to others!

Place was pretty cool and very welcoming. Had a great ordering experience and food came out quick. The smashburger itself was pretty great, but unfortunately the bun was cold and seemingly not toasted or warm. I feel like a toasted/warm bun would have made the big difference. The fries however, probably the best I’ve ever had. Overall a great experience just wishing for a toasted bun!

IDK who gave this place a 1 star review but they must be out of their mind. I have ordered food a dozen times and it is absolutely amazing. I liked fast food as a kid. Anyone who can eat McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A, you have a strong stomach because I feel terrible after. Tallow does “fast food” but when you’re done eating it, you don’t feel terrible about your impulsive eating decision.
Everything is amazing, the staff remembered my name after my first order, and there is no seed oils, so you feel great after a burger and fries (that do not need ketchup) because the beef tallow flavor is incredible.
They added a fried chicken sandwich that I just had for the first time and it is my new favorite.

First time visit, and this is a great addition to the area. The food was fantastic. We had the Melt and a BEC sandwich. They hand-make the rolls in-house – we saw them rolling the dough. The tallow fries were excellent. Really positive experience. Update visit 2: Best steak and eggs ever, and a fantastic smoothie. I wish they had a food truck for local events.
