They seem to really want you to use the self-service kiosks which is fine, but when we walked in and waited at the counter none of the 6 employees even looked at or acknowledged us for several minutes – eventually, I got the memo and just ordered myself.
Also – don’t sell “nitro cold brew” that’s definitely not nitro (and overall was pretty terrible)

They failed to give us a reciept for a transaction. When my employee returned the following day she was told “I can’t get the receipt for you for a couple days, its a long process” when he was told she needed it he told her “sounds like thats your problem” I then called explaining that she needed it for work and Monte proceeded to lie to me that finding a receipt was a long process and would take days. Unsurprisingly to me, they found it quickly once I informed I would be taking my complaint to the owner/operator. They then called me 3 more times to tell me to come and get it after we had already settled on a time for pick up. Then when my employee to pick up the reciept, two ladies working started interrogating my staff asking why she needed the receipt. Honestly none of their business and we wouldn’t even be dealing with them had the staff handed over the receipt when the transaction occurred. Awful service and unwillingness to do the basic duties of their job.

The wait is never too long, staff is consistent and friendly as they can be working with the public lol. Food comes heated fresh, I notice sometimes at the Peoria Dunkin locations, the food (hashbrowns/sandwiches) can tend to have a burnt plastic or weird taste to it from the oven (I think), but it is only some locations, has happened here maybe once.

Went to this location 4/30/25. Was charged for 12 donuts when I requested munchkins. Asked for the $15 difference back and was told that was not possible. It was not possible due to the manager being unavailable, so my only option was to come back at a later date. After the young lady did her best to help, there was nothing that could be done other than taking product I did not want or coming back later. Not that I think this review matter’s, but terrible customer service and it’s the last money that location gets from me.

I swing by this location early morning before work a couple times a week for a coffee. This is the only Dunkin in the Peoria Metropolitan area that I don’t feel like I’m taking a gamble if I pull into the drive thru with a few cars ahead of me. If I go to the Dunkin in EP or Washington, I know there is a good chance that if I pull into the drive-thru with a couple cars ahead of me that I will be held hostage, sandwiched between two cars, and texting my work that I might be late because of a family emergency – and I’ll have to chug my coffee on the way in and get rid of the evidence. No bells and whistles here, just efficient and consistent. Highly recommended.

The man who runs drive thru in the morning is absolutely the best human on the planet. He always remembers your name, and your kids names. He always has a smile on his face, and is very friendly. The coffee is pretty much the same day to day, regardless of who makes it. I have never had a bad experience here, and I usually stop 5 days a week.

I frequent this place a lot. I am tired of ordering 5-6 donuts and receiving them smooshed together in a bag. First couple of times I assumed it was because they ran out of boxes, but it’s consistent. I will not be going here again. Donuts overpriced and mangled.

10:45 a.m. on a Monday, walk in to store, wait for typical “Welcome to Dunkin”, and Nothing. No Hello, No Welcome, start walking out and I had to mention to the staff that our choice to leave was due to feeling Unwelcome. I do not suggest this business at all. All we got was treated 2nd rate. With the Nearby Starbucks undergoing renovation, this business should be more than willing to be warm and inviting to any customers.

I paid $25 for 4 signature lattes. 3 of them were Peppermint mocha. None of them had Peppermint or any of the toppings that go on a signature and a cocoa mocha latte and that one wasn’t made right either. Some of the drinks were also half full. It is disappointing when you pay full price and every drink was made wrong. I paid for a service I didn’t get. I am exrremely upset. Beware and unless something happens I won’t be back.
Also it took several minutes to be acknowledged by staff at the drive thru. If you are busy, which there was only one car in front of us, at least let us know you see us. It is the polite thing to do. But what do I know. I ordered from a business that clearly did not care about who was paying them today.

The items I purchased were fine. Multiple staff were not at all occupied and no toilet paper at all in one restroom, barely any in the other. At the time I visited, any morning rush was long over, which told me that the restrooms must not have been cleaned the night before or that morning. While I was there, I saw multiple customers use the restroom with no toilet paper and was really disturbed by the clear public health hazard. By the time I left, the same person who took my order, filled my order, made the drink…was then the person putting one roll of toilet paper in the restroom.
