I placed a catering order with Taaza Thindi, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, even for a large order. Traditional items like thatte idli were soft and perfectly cooked, served with delicious chutneys and sambar that were enjoyed by everyone.

The Indo-fusion items were a highlight of the catering. Dishes such as paneer tacos were unique, well-balanced in flavor, and added a modern twist to the menu. The rasmalai was soft, rich, and not overly sweet, making it a perfect dessert choice for the event.

The food was delivered on time, neatly packed, and maintained quality throughout the event. Portions were generous, and communication during the ordering process was smooth and professional. Overall, Taaza Thindi did a great job with catering, and I would highly recommend them for events and gatherings.

Was missing the dosa and coffee breakfasts in Bangalore. Did not expect the dosa would meet those standards, but absolutely did. The combination of crispy exterior and soft interior of Mulbagal dosa was on point! If you’re missing the mulbagal dosa trending in Bangalore, this dosa comes very close. Perhaps even better than many of the restaurants in Bangalore. I could eat 2 dosas without feeling bloated (they mentioned they don’t use baking soda in the batter which was a huge surprise considering how crisp and soft the dosa was).
I’ve tried dosa in New Jersey, Cali, Seattle.. finally came to the conclusion that making masala dosa at home is the best. But these dosas changed that opinion and finally satisfied that Bangalore nostalgia. Absolutely worth the wait!

It was our first time savoring the mulbagal dosa in Bay Area , and it left us craving for more . The flavors and textures were spot on and 10/10 for freshness of the chutney dips and potato baji. Perfect crispy dosas . Very warm and friendly service .Highly recommend this place for yummy food .

As the name suggests, Taaza Thindi is a proud Karnataka style breakfast cloud kitchen serving fresh authentic Karnataka style tiffin items with insane taste. I would recommend trying their Masala Dose.

Keep up the good work Taaza Thindi!!

My recent experience was quite disappointing. This place didn’t seem to be trying, even accounting for typical restaurant challenges. While I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, this establishment seemed to miss the mark on a few key aspects.
1.) if you have a cloud kitchen have a sign so we know where to go
2.) try to keep the food ready at pickup time and when we come back after 15 mins don’t make us stand there for 5 mins waiting.

Unfortunately, the dosa itself was also subpar and the addition of butter/ghee. For a place that has Taaza in its name( meaning fresh) please try using fresh coconut not something that tasted like it was a few days old. This place is permanently off my list

Really good dosa! The crisp exterior, soft and fluffy interior is done very well! The palya and chutney could be better. The thatte idli and the chutney that comes with it, both were really good! Enjoyed the dosa with the remaining chutney that came with the idli.. must try!

Pretty bad experience and this is the second time we are trying (I want to be fair).. Dosa was very sour, sticky and over fermented, (one of the dosas actually felt like cloth) .. the red chutney was missing, pre-ordered extra chutney was missing , the masala aloo palya was bland and had no flavor (even if it’s supposed to be authentic).. The wait times even after pre-ordering and arriving at the delivery time, they said it will be 25-30min (so pushing the limit to over an hour). Lack of cleanliness. I went to ask for napkins and saw the kitchen and I am definitely not returning!.

Amazing Mulbagal dosey! The red chutney on the inside hits perfectly and the coconut chutney is also well made! Our fav dosay spot in the Bay Area for now!

As a huge fan of the original Mulbagal Dose, I can confirm that Taaza Thindi has nailed their offering. The dosa batter had the perfect taste, softness and crispiness which is hard to balance. The red garlic masala paste spread on the inside of the dosa is on point and brings back childhood memories. Aloogadde palya was also very delicious and completes the whole package. I highly recommend this!

We had to try it out as we were hungry and in the neighborhood. Fyi, it’s pick up only and it’s not the best location and things are pretty unclean from the outside. For the price I expected pretty good quality and it was not bad. Probably not their fault as Dosa and Idli need to be eaten hot and fresh. If you don’t live within a short drive, then the taste and texture are not the same when you reheat the food later. Probably won’t go back.
