Overall, salad was good. I had to remove the cucumbers from my salad again as they looked several days old, translucent and floppy (see photo). Cucumbers used to be crisp and fresh, but this is now a consistent issue at this location.

Dont mess up and go through the drive thru lane after making an online order. Guess you need to know the lanes before ariving. Waited in drive thru just to be told I had to go to the other window. For some reason it was just impossible to hand me my food in that lane.

No wonder they’re closing locations. Last week I drove through and ordered a salad. They offered me two complimentary burritos because they made too many that day. So I got three full meals and only paid for one. $12. Unnecessary food waste. Today, I’m driving from Surprise to Queen Creek and stopped to get a salad for lunch and go to their walk up. I am professionally dressed, and I ask to use the restroom. I was told, no. I said, I will be placing a mobile order. I just really need to use a restroom because I’ve been in the car for an hour. She went back and asked the manager, and they said, no. The manager didn’t even have the guts to tell me themselves.I just don’t comprehend this level of customer service unexcusable. I’m only here for work and did download their app and was a frequent visitor but now I will delete the app and not visit when i’m here in Arizona. Do better.

They have let me down a second time by not being able to wrap the wrap properly. Still in sections. Guess they won’t learn so I won’t return. DONT POST A LINK TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE… FIX IT. No knifes? Then cut the cherry tomato’s in half with a butter knife. I really don’t like it when a wrap is in sections, basically dividing the ingredients. I shouldnt have the first bite all lettuce, then slightly mixed, then a pocket of carrots and the all the chicken at the end or beginning, depending on where you start. It’s not hard to make consistent through the whole wrap. Everything was there just made with no love or even care.

I used to get salads from here, but I decided to get a traditional breakfast burrito with red salsa instead, I will never go to this location again. It tasted alright, but a few hours later, I got severely sick an had to go to the emergency room. When you call the manager offers free food, like you’d actually want to come back after getting food poisoning? Avoid this place at all costs, it’s not worth it.

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad without croutons and didn’t notice they were in there when I tossed it so I ended up eating some. Very unhappy about that since I am doing a low carb diet. Damn things blend in with the chicken so it was a pain to remove them. Another thing I have to complain about is their breakfast bowls. Not hot enough and the turkey sausage tastes way over heated/cooked.

Had a great experience here. The food was fresh and came out fast. Luke was the one helping me and he was super nice and made everything easy. Great service and great salad — I’ll definitely be back!
