We had such a great experience at Lake Break Restaurant. The space is gorgeous with a modern design and really cool lake style atmosphere. The brown butter cake was absolutely unreal. Warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. It was easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. The staff was fantastic, super welcoming and attentive throughout the entire meal. The live music on Tuesdays added such a fun vibe to the evening. Highly recommend checking this place out.

We had dinner tonight. Our server, meichelle, was very nice and when we asked questions she knew how to find the answers. The atmosphere is nice with blues and whites, but it’s not too “fancy” either with TVs around and comfortable seating. They’re all in on the lake theme with many dishes having cute names. The menu is huge and we needed several different prices to see all the offerings (And they were all pretty worn looking) but I was happy to see a menu and not be forced to use a QR code. I started with the Northshore Spritz drink – it was a little sweeter than i envisioned but fantastic! We had the cheese curds (so good!!) and the pretzels with cheese (also great!). For dinner we had a filet (the book was a little over medium rare but a great piece of beef), the halibut entree (again a little over but so well seasoned and fresh tasting! ), and the lobster roll (this was amazing!) with truffle fries. We took home the cheesecake, key lime pie (great texture and the flavor is good – but not tart like typical KL pie), and the star – brown butter cake (this was amazing!!) bottom line is we will definitely be back!

We love discovering great spots and Lake Break Restaurant completely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and has such a cool edgy lake vibe that makes the whole place feel special. The clam chowder was incredible. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor with plenty of clams. It was easily one of our favorite dishes of the night. The staff was amazing, so welcoming and attentive, and we absolutely adored the owners. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. The live music on Tuesday nights added the perfect touch and made the whole evening feel even more fun. We will definitely be back.

Great upscale atmosphere. Fits this area great.
Food was awesome!
Negative- the French onion soup wasn’t seasoned.
I had the ahi tacos and they were great!
The drinks were delicious and everyone loved their food except the French onion soup. This place is new! So we know they are figuring out everything and so far are doing a great job.
Excited to try something new next time!

This is a solidly good place. It’s a little pretentious with the yhat/boat feel, but otherwise is a nice place.
The food was above average. Nothing was amazing, but it was all delicious. The ceviche is good if not a little too much cilantro and lime. The fried food starter was really good, but definitely big enough for two people and enough to be the whole meal. The salmon was done perfectly and tasted good. The Mac and cheese was also good and had some nice undertones of flavor.
Nice/expensive place to stop for dinner.

My husband and I went for cocktails and dessert. We chose to go up to the captains quarters, which was very intimate and fun. I was able to order a mocktail which tasted like the real deal. He had a smoked old-fashioned. He’s very particular about his old-fashiones and was very happy with the attention to detail and the flavor. We got the chocolate cake to split and I am very picky about chocolate cake. It was moist and full of flavor. I absolutely loved it. Probably the best chocolate cake I’ve had at a restaurant. All of the employees were upbeat and friendly. The atmosphere was so cute and relaxing. Loved everything about it. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Loved this place! Such a cool spot. We had the clam chowder and it was amazing! We also had the wings, cheese curds, the fish tacos, 2 burgers one which was the whiskey burger and both were so good. Fries were amazing as well. We ended with the brown butter cake with ice cream and it was delicious. Lake Views were great. It is a must try.

We went here for our first time for dinner. We were having a sister night and wanted to try something new. This place did not disappoint. Our waitress was Alexis. She was very attentive and helped us with menu choices. I never had to wait for a drink and she was super nice. We ordered the meatballs and pretzel bites for the appetizers. The meatballs were not our favorite and I am not sure I would order those again, but the pretzel bites and cheese were off the charts. We did order a couple Long Island iced teas and the bartender Javi made one of the best Long Island iced teas we have ever had. Jaxon was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about the food items and personable. The atmosphere was super cute and we got a giggle out of the “Drop it like it’s yacht” sign. I ordered the whiskey burger and it was phenomenal. The onion rings are the best I have ever had. My sister-in-law got the halibut tacos and those were super yummy. My wife ordered the lobster roll and it was phenomenal. The sauce was amazing and it was super buttery. We recommend the truffle fries as they were amazing! We will definitely be back!! We would give 10 stars if we could.
