The food was delicious and beautifully done. The coffee, however, was a bit disappointing the cups are so small that you can barely enjoy it, especially the matcha.
The service was very friendly, but extremely slow. The gentlemen at the table next to us actually left because of the long wait. That said, maybe it was just an unusually busy day, because overall our experience was still good.
One thing to note: it’s definitely on the expensive side for breakfast

Another legendary place closed this summer, which made us try this place and we were blown away. Super busy because of the closure of other coffee spots, but the atmosphere, service, food, and coffee are out of this world.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar in Aspen. We got the avocado toast, focaccia mortadella, and cappuccino freddo—everything was top-notch, with incredible quality and taste. The atmosphere felt straight out of Europe, cool and laid-back, and the staff was friendly and on point. Awesome spot, we’ll be back!

Saint Ambroeus coffee shop is dangerous… because of pastry chef Guido Mogni!! He is clearly trying to ruin my self-control;)
The deserts he makes are absolutely to die for —and my favorite one called millefoglie. He made it for me and my family last time we visited Aspen.
Perfect texture, perfect sweetness, and you can tell it’s not just skill … it’s someone who truly puts heart and soul into every pastry. That was truly memorable!!
Thank you to the talented chef behind the bakery magic. I’ll be dreaming about that cake… and can’t wait to come back for more ✨One of our favorite places in Aspen! Delicious food coffee with amazing service and atmosphere!!

Sant Ambroeus was pleasantly surprising. The crew is really warm. It has really comfortable seating and ambiance, not to mention the Breakfast Items and the Coffee is Amazing.
If you’re in town grab a coffee and a panini herr. Absolutely worth it.

Cute bistro/coffee bar in the heart of Aspen. Perfect place to grab a outdoor table and enjoy a simple meal while enjoying a view of the beautiful mountains and quaint downtown area.

Love the Italian cafe experience in Aspen! Fantastic food, delicious coffee, and cozy atmosphere. Get the American toast. You won’t regret it!

The coffee bar is one of my favorites in aspen and I used to stop in every single day. That is until they removed the best ham and cheese croissant from their menu. Now they only have sugar sweet options and I believe this to be a huge mistake on the part of the food director. Bring back the ham and cheese croissant! You need the savory option and I can guarantee you loose business not having this item. I for one go elsewhere now in the morning and only come in occasionally as I love the incredible staff.

Very boujee but the best tasting latte in town. Must try their plum tart goes perfectly with a cup of coffee. ☕️

I absolutely adore this place and it is my go-to spot for coffee and pastries in Aspen. Their coffee is potent and I like that! The aesthetics and vibe of this place is so cozy and beautiful, I love spending time here just working on the sofa or hanging out with friends on the outdoor patio. This place is so cute and their food is also pretty delicious, from the paninis to avocado toast. It’s fun that we have a Sant Ambroeus in Aspen now. I recommend this place to all of my real estate clients and friends who are in town when we want to meet up for breakfast. 10/10 recommend, as an Aspen local.
