I wish I couldn’t give a star I honestly can not believe it twice in a row been told no delivery available I have to call an uber are you serious never been told this ever in the years I’ve ordered pizza.

Got a lasagna, no mince only ham and threw up straight after eating a few mouthfuls. My family got pizzas with minimal pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza and the bbq chicken pizza had no sauce base. Argued with us when trying to get a refund for just one of the pizzas. Definitely dont recommend.

We have been buying pizza here for nearly 20 years and tonight was by far the most frustrating.
After ordering pizza got home and it had BBQ sauce on top.
I rang to advise we did not order BBQ sauce and was advised it was standard.
Tried to explain that is not what their website states and BBQ sauce is optional.
I was advised that phone orders they ask if you would like it but we had ordered online.
I explained again that we didn’t request it and if it is added as a standard item then the website should not say this.
I was informed that she was not aware of what was in the wrbsite
Long story short we have a pizza we can’t eat and two weeks ago we couldn’t of asked for better service

My experience at bonanza has never been short of perfect. Great service, quality pizzas and more than satisfactory pricing. Which in today’s day and age is perfect for them nights off from cooking and not blowing the budget when getting take out. Family vibe too. Great local pizza shop.
