Be sure NOT to check “well done” on your pizza or they’ll burn it to a crisp. Had the GM call me and absolutely nothing was done to compensate me for my family’s time on a wasted order that we got a refund on. These people want $15 an hour but can’t handle a $7.25 an hour job. Go figure…

Always get my order wrong and poor customer service!! The first time I had a problem, they didn’t even add pepperonis to my pepperoni pizza with added veggies.. called and complained, was supposed to get a refund.. never did.. 2nd chance.. make another order. Paid for items I didn’t get such a ranch, garlic, etc. 3rd chance.. once again no garlic sauce even though I paid extra.. called them bc I’m literally tired of paying for stuff that I don’t receive and they just say sorry.. so at what point are yall sorry but I continue to get charged for y’all’s mistakes? They never also a discount and any real concern of money wasted with them. also the pizzas at this location isn’t even that good.. (only have continued from them bc my kids love pizza) I think they don’t care and their customer service sucks.. do not recommend

Pizza sauce was sweet and nasty, doughs are pre-made like Walmart 3.00 pizza. We will not return to papa johns. Corporate is ruining their business. We like real pizzas like they make in New York, New Jersey areas.

Love the pizza at this particular location. It’s constantly good, but they are always slow. Hope you have an hour to spare. I don’t mind since I expect it, but I see other’s get mad all the time. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 and not five stars. It’s still the best pizza in Denham Springs.

This place sucks, papa johns needs to hire and train there employees. Manager David that was working 7/22/19 7:00 pm needs proper training and also training of his shift workers. We called in a carry out. I live 30 min away. Get to the store and was told because I mentioned the live oak discount card. Read to the girl on the phone it says buy one at regular price get one of equal value free. They tell me when I get there let me see the card. Ok you can wait now we will make your pizza. This is twice this week same store. Hire adults and not kids.

Lord Jesus, save yourself! This place needs some major help. The kind only God can give you. We have attempted to order from this location two times and each time our order was nowhere near what we asked for and it took two hours to get it. We were given three free pizzas due to the lack of satisfaction. When we ordered our free pizzas, that’s when the plane crashed. We ordered carry out over the phone so that we could be sure to get the free pizzas. We were told it would be ready in an hour. Upon retrieving our COLD pizzas, I noticed the order was completely wrong. This wasn’t anything new. When asked to remake it, I was told, “I don’t have time to argue with you or make anymore. We are backed up. What you have is what you’re going to get!”
No one knew what they were doing. No one had respect for ANY of the customers. Do yourself a huge favor: do not order from this place. To be quite honest, dominos is much cheaper, the service is way better, and their delivery time is MUCH more accurate.
