I called and was asking a question in English the lady couldn’t understand me I asked if there’s someone there that I can speak to and then she hangs up in my face . I continue to call back 3 times and get no answer. I’ve come to this location for years and loved it. Get someone with better customer service skills to answer.

I bought a cake for my wedding and the truth is that I should have run away from that place from the start! The pastry chef named “Cony” provides very bad service and is very bitter. My cake was totally different from the one I ordered. I would never go back! I do not recommend it for anything.

I seriously don’t know how this place is still in business. The cashier has an attitude, the vibe is horrible but the worse part is …. drum roll……. the bread itself. Old, stale, hard and moldy. Take your money and run to any other bakery. Honestly anything is better than this crap.

This is what i got for an 18th birthday!!!! And they could not do anything to fix it. Instead gave me a small cake with fruit. That did not stop the embarrassment of showing up with this horrible looking cake!

Good and mostly reliable pastries and sweet bread, definitely recommend the tres leches cake and the gelatina de leche. However, hours of service aren’t super reliable, so come early if you don’t want to arrive plenty of time before the listed closing time only to find the shop closed and shut down ages ago.

Customer service is fine until you pay. After that they have no reason to be polite. They said it would be too much work to add a few fruits to our wedding cake and left it blank. Also they tried to charge our person that went to go pick it up when it was already bought and paid for. They also got the order wrong as we asked for chocolate and vanilla marble but it tasted like lemon and chocolate.

Well the reviews here stating it is the best bakery around are a tad old but still let’s be honest and admit it’s pretty much the only noticeable Mexican bakery around and I think the explains the very honest and true reviews about the horrible customer service. Forget customer service but the lady that’s always there doesn’t even have manners. They annoyingly will still get business but for the prices yes you are better off at super. If this place just at least greets and utters a word when they take your money at least they may get tons more business even with the over price.
