I normally live smoothie king but I have been there two days apart and service was bad. First had attitude and didn’t ask if I had app was friendly nothing bobbing head then today I got a bowl and it was very skimp for $15 well $30 was spent. Strawberries were diced. If there was no strawberries or low just let the customer know. I am very disappointed in my purchase. Ordered ahead and specified no goji berries. Seems as if I had requested extra. What is the point of putting a request if you’re just going to give me whatever you want. Strawberries were old slimy. How do I know? Because my husband had fresh cut in his. Which was not even half way full. I wish I could go back in time and get my $11.99 per acai bowls back. Very disappointed ☹️

I would like to give a shout out to Olivia at the Oxford Smoothie King. She was very patience with me as I have a cross reactivity allergy. This is where I can’t consume certain fruits while it is ragweed season. She gave me the perfect smoothie suggestion that didn’t cause me any issues.

My husband and I just came in to smoothie king in OX for the first time (had the same order for years). My husband is a professional athlete and has a specific nutrient smoothie he orders everytime. He always adds honey as his natural sweetener. They refused to do it here even though you can add honey. They just didn’t want to and were very short and rude after we asked are you sure we’ve always added honey? Super disappointed.
