I was greeted by Gary when I arrived to pick up my order. He was very professional and after a brief conversation it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. The restaurant is clean, the service is friendly and professional. The pizza and bread sticks were fresh and good. I’m sure anyone who goes there won’t be disappointed and I hope the people who run the restaurant knows how amazing the staff makes the experience.

I can count on a single hand how often the service has been adequate over the course of years. Constant chaos they can’t seem to get a handle on. Smiles and generally friendly faces doesn’t replace just getting my order right, not making me wait 30-40min, not tracking or forgetting orders, telling me you’ll bring it out and not, waiting for my online order to notify me as ready and having to go to the counter for them to fill and complete it, etc etc etc. Really wish I didn’t feel like cringing at the thought of going in every time my family requests Little Caesar’s.

I showed up at 9pm. I waited for a solid 10 minutes before the gentlemen in front of me even got to take his order. He was told that the pepperoni and Hawaiian that he wanted were out, so he settled with a cheese. I then ordered a pepperoni and crazy bread, was told it would be 5-6 minutes, and then paid. I waited for 15 minutes before I had to get up and vocally ask if my pizza was ready. Now before you go assuming I’m not a nice customer, I had to do this because the worker was trying to hide behind the pizza rack while on his phone. This was all done while I could see my order that was done. After I got my pizza, it looked like my pizza had been sat on, and had been done for at least 10 minutes before I got it. And the crazy bread was so small, barely one person could enjoy it. If anyone lives near this location, just spend the extra time to go to the Saratoga location.

I ordered online, drove there within 5 min, and I already had an email with a code to pull it out of their automated warmer. This is how you do it folks. You don’t even need to say two words to the employees and it’s super fast.

Tried to order online around 905 got told online orders weren’t available after going through all the process and having time available as soon as we hit except said not available. Went to the store. They were out of Crazy bread. they said at the window the pizzas would take 12 minutes at the 16 minute mark went in and asked how much longer and they said oh they just need to be boxed. They’re on the counter.. Employees were nice. But weren’t staying very productive. Was my relationship with Little Ceasers they need to have higher expectations.

This location has been absolute perfection from the minute they opened. We love the proximity to our house and how great this location is at community connection and outreach. The quality of their food is always better than all of the other franchises I have ever gone to. I especially love the people that work there – they’re always friendly and always happy to see you. I highly recommend this location – I’m so glad it is in our neck of the woods!

Twice now I have ordered pizza for pickup from this location. Good luck getting someone to come to the front and help you out. After I told them about my online order, they told me it was almost done. After another 10 minutes, I saw an order sitting on the shelf and then it took me another 10 minutes to get someone’s attention so they could confirm that it was my order and bring it out to me. Use a different little Ceasars.

Beware that if you order the puffs they will take way longer than the pizza. I placed my order over an hour ago and still waiting. In order to have a quick pickup order on the app for inside pickup in the pizza portal. That’s the only accurate way to know that your food is actually ready. I’ve placed an order for drive thru pickup twice and the app tells me it’s ready 30+ minutes before my food is actually ready.
