We absolutely loved our sushi boat experience! We got the boat for 8 people and our guests were thrilled. The fish was super fresh and delicious. The packaging was amazing, and very beautifully put together. The boat came with absolutely everything we needed. All of the garnishes and sauces were yummy and I loved how easy it was for everyone to make delicious sashimi bowls. We can’t wait to order again!

We ordered the sushi boat again, this time the set for two and it was a wonderful experience! It felt festive and perfect for a special occasion with boyfriend. Honestly, these sushi boats are always such a hit, and he was fascinated by it! 🙂
I also noticed the delivery system has improved: can now track the timing and location in real time, which made everything smooth. The service was, as always, warm and attentive.
The fish were fresh, and beautifully presented. I also heard there’s a new, larger boat model available, I can’t wait to try that next time!!!!!

Amazing from start to finish! I ordered the party sushi boat that’s 4 feet long!! It’s a total beauty and the show stopper for my party of 18 guests the other night. Everyone had their fill of sushi and I am very happy with presentation, quality, delivery, and the overall communication/experience. It’s truly incredible to see in person!

I am revising my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because the owner, Jon, immediately contacted me to figure out what went wrong with my order. Through his proactive communication and problem-solving efforts, we figured out the source of the issues (both on the courier’s end as well as the restaurant supplier) and I am 100% confident that our future salmon bowl orders will be consistently high quality. It’s honestly rare to see such good customer service these days and my husband and I will continue to give our full support to this business.

Sushi Boat was all we could have hoped for and more! The quality of the fish and sides were unbeatable, especially for the price. It’s so clear that Jon and his team really care about customer experience- the chef even threw in some extra poke on top! All of the containers make packing up any leftovers super simple (if you even have any!). We’re already dreaming of our next sushi boat!

I ordered a sushi lunch for about 40 people at my company towards the end of January. I worked with Jon. it was a flawless execution of events. Jon made it absolutely easy to set up delivery, order the food, and he followed up before and after our event. The sushi boats were awesome and easy to unpack and best of all, my team absolutely loved the sushi. It was so fresh and delicious. He was great with making sure we had everything we needed. I shared this information and pictures with my other teammates because I know that they would love to have a sushi party for their groups as well.

I’ve been following Sushi Boat for some time and was saving it for a special occasion to order and it did not disappoint! I got a sushi boat for 2 people and I must say, there was so much food – all ingredients were super fresh and packaging was flawless (of course!) We ran into a tiny snag in the delivery, but Jon handled everything with professionalism and reached out to me personally to handle the delivery. I am really grateful for the care and outreach and cannot ask for a better meal and experience! Thank you for everything!!!

Secondly, I want to recognize their commitment to good service. They ran into an issue with their UberEats integration that prevented them from getting a driver assigned to my order. Their manager called me and ask if it was ok if one of their chefs ran over to deliver my lunch, and I said yes. 10 minutes later my lunch was at my lobby. The order was cancelled soon after, which means they weren’t paid for their effort.
Would have been easier for them to cancel the order from their end and call it a day. 10/10 this restaurant has my respect, and I look forward to ordering more from them.
