As food prices go higher it seems that quantity is going lower . At least for some of us. I came to this location for dinner and watched the server skimply place the food in my bowl. Only to my surprise another customer came in behind me and she loaded her bowl like they were giving away food . She almost knocked over the young lady that was finishing off my bowl with the toppings. Not sure what I have to do to get preferential treatment but I see that this location does not play fair . I would like to file a formal complaint because I had a rice bowl and it is not fair .

The food was good, and it hit the spot exactly. There was no long line, so I was served within minutes. It was also comfortably and cool inside. The calm and relaxing music takes you to another place, like on an island! I truly enjoyed my meal to the fullest in peace, quiet, and comfort! Thank you!

Update: They’ve definitely become more and more inconsistent on portions and flavors. Also have found hair in my food, yuck! I find myself trying to avoid this location now.
I was a little nervous to try this location because of the reviews, but I ended up trying it out anyway. Now I’m surprised that the reviews were so low because the food was great! Everything was flavorful and prepared perfectly! I would definitely order again!

20 years of Chipotle leaves me not fully impressed and much fatter .
The kids love it, and ain’t fried, so there’s that. The employees have grown meaner over time even though the are compensated well. (Especially the Hispanic ones). So, I tend to never have a good experience here. I guess everyone is meaner in general in life. Not sure why. We need to heal from our trauma and not pass it on to fellow employees and customers. PEACE.

They need to pay attention to the customer and stop chit chatting with each other. They aren’t listening when you say a little bit or that’s enough. Then worse they half scooped my guacamole which is $3. I ask for a little more they charged me double. $6 to get what still wasn’t a full scoop or what you would get in a cup. Then the girl at the counter just argued about instead of getting the manager. I had to ask for him and he immediately said don’t double charge him. People on the service line need to pay attention to their job. I’m paying for something and when I don’t get it we are always going to have a problem.

One of the worst chipotles in the DMV. Def don’t order online if you want balanced ingredients. They don’t care if you eat nothing but rice and sour cream for half your meal the way they roll burritos and the way they kill you with rice but slack on all other ingredients. The chicken is always un- or under-seasoned. They act like people are allergic to cheese. One tablespoon of cheese for your whole meal. If this is fast casual, the casual part is how the staff make your food.

I do not recommend visiting this Chipotle. The workers are unprofessional, the food stations are very dirty, the area near the register is also very dirty, they ran out of a lot of food even though it was an hour and a half until closing. I think that they leave food sitting out for a very long time and I don’t believe that the food is prepared to the standard of quality that Chipotle the brand sets. This is especially disappointing given that this location recently opened. There was one crew member who was very pleasant and helpful (I cannot recall her name).
