Came across this store through an ad on fb and I’ve been coming here since. The egg sandwiches are amazing and delicious. Melted cheese and crispy bacon. The garlic and herb cream cheese is like a burst of flavor and tastes so fresh. The best time to go is in the morning when Ayisha is there. A lovely girl who actually understands and makes the food properly. Not messy nor greasy. This hidden gem is my go to spot right before work. Prices are reasonable and food is fresh and delicious. Definitely worth the buck.

I am a long time Wantagh Bagels customer. Lately that hasn’t been the case. While the bagels are still quite good, the friendly atmosphere that was conveyed for quite some time is all but gone. The morning guy, Hassan, is friendly and courteous. Beyond him the store is certainly not the place it used to be when the 4 core women were all working there. I am so happy to see Ayisha working behind the counter again. She gives Wantagh Bagels that warm, welcoming attitude that the store is sorley missing. Ayisha is such an asset to that business. She always has a big smile to greet you and you will always get exactly what you ordered. I’m glad to see that Wantagh Bagels may be changing for the better. Hopefully Ayisha will help bring some of the old regulars back to the shop. Keep smiling.

Wantagh Bagel is hands down one of the best places to grab a fresh, delicious breakfast on Long Island. The bagels are always perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. I especially love their bacon egg & cheese on an everything bagel — absolutely hits the spot every time. The staff is friendly, fast, and they keep the line moving even during busy mornings. Prices are fair, and they have a wide variety of cream cheeses and sandwich options. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This bagel place has had its struggles in prior years but the current ownership has made changes for the better! I consistently get a warm delicious bagel here with just the right texture inside and out. The staff is polite and attentive and Nicole specifically stands out. I enjoy being greeted with her smile every weekend. Oh and they know how to move because there is never a long line.

Tried Wantagh Bagels after not going for a couple of years. It used to be great and would go all the time. Used to be great food and service and coffee at great prices. It has gone down over the years. The person taking my order had to write it down 3x for a bagel with butter, cream cheese and peanut butter. Waited 25 minutes for 3 bagels when there was only 1 person ahead of us for a simple order. The TV screens are still not hooked and are fogged up and look dirty and the place looks like it not being kept up. Will not be going again.
