I had the chance of going and trying Downtown Pizza Spartanburg at 156 Magnolia St, formerly a Subway location, a few days before their grand opening and y’all!! You are in for an amazing treat!! I tasted and tried many of their pizza options and this is the real deal!! It’s everything you want a pizza to be! The sauce is delicious, the toppings are incredible, and the crust is great! The owners are phenomenal people!! The team and all the staff they’ve assembled to welcome you to your new favorite pizza joint are awesome!! I definitely recommend that you check out Downtown Pizza in Spartanburg!! Figo! La vita è bella!

It was our 1st time trying their pizza. We had the Supreme and it was very good. We will definitely be back for sure. Support small businesses in the area. The staff were great as well and it smelled delicious.

Being a Yankee that has lived in the south for sometime now. I can tell you this is the best slice I’ve had in the upstate!

BEST PIZZA IVE HAD! Seriously, the hot honey was amazing!! The cup pepperoni was great and the honey soaked in the pizza perfectly. Sooo good! The chicken, bacon ranch was also a favorite! The chicken alone was very flavorful. I also got the white pizza and it was wonderful! Pricing was definitely set appropriately. The owners are the best!! Why not support local and an awesome family!

They had a special with two slices and a drink for $10.00. The hot honey pepperoni was good, but the margherita was excellent. The crust had a bit of char (as it should), and was crisp with just a bit of chew. Definitely give it a try.

We had an opportunity to try Downtown Pizza today during a tasting. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! Absolutely and without doubt the best NY Pizza in the county. There is no competition! From a delicious crust that has a ton of flavor to high quality cheese and toppings, delicious sauce, (tried the traditional, white and Vodka sauces) and all were incredible. Little pepperoni that cup when baked! Everything about these pizzas is ON POINT!

Pizza was delicious! Definitely best NY I’ve had in SC. Ordered online for takeout and my pizza was coming out of the oven right on time. We got the hot honey cupped pepperoni and it was so good. I love the spicy sweet combo. We will definitely be coming back again and again!
