Dont waste your time ordering from the new location. Just go down to 146th street. I placed my order for pickup at a specific time and I arrived at that exact time. There wasnt a single customer in the store. A male worker was on the phone and a female worker was sitting eating food. She watched me walk in and didnt acknowledge me at all. Didn’t ask to help me. The male ended up giving me my food that was sitting in the pickup area they have. The floor by the fryers was so gross. French fries, pieces of corn, crumbs everywhere. If its not busy and you have time to eat, you clearly have time to clean. I get home and realized this was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. They had to of made my food when I placed the order and not for the intended pickup time. Our fries were so cold. We ordered a 10 and 6 piece wings. Both orders of wings were cold, neither one of them had any type of seasoning, and they were clearly not drained after taking out of the fryer. There was a pool of oil just sitting in the bottom of our containers. You couldn’t even eat the wings at the bottom because they were so soaked in oil. Such a waste of $30.

Should have checked the reviews before I ordered through GrubHub. Ordered 10 wings and was only given eight. Tried calling the phone number for the restaurant twice but no one would answer to see if they could fix it.

Absolute nightmare. I pre-ordered wings on Saturday at 9:00 AM for Super Bowl Sunday delivery at 5:45 PM. When my order hadn’t arrived by 6:05, I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who told me they were over two hours behind—then hung up on me.

I called back multiple times and was never able to reach anyone again. My order was eventually cancelled at 9:05 PM, long after the game had started.

This completely ruined my Super Bowl party. Zero accountability, terrible communication, and unacceptable customer service. I will never order from this location again and do not recommend it.

Came in on a Friday night seemed to be plenty of employees. Place was busy, heard the cashier tell a guy in front of me it would be 20 minutes. Placed my dine in order, preceded to wait 45 minutes and during that time , I watched 3 people get their food before me who came in after me. Seems like they prioritized to go and App orders over people who had already paid for their food. Canceled my order, got a refund and left.

Couldn’t be less prepared for the Super Bowl. 2 hours behind on orders, took 40 minutes just to get to the cashier to have them write my name/order # down to be able to get a cancel/refund. Hoping they don’t lose the receipt that myself and others wrote our info on for refunds.

Update after owner response to this review: They directed me to a link to give my feedback and they responded with a lame “Apologies, please provide your order number” and then sent a confirmation that they’re refunding. Barely an apology. So doesn’t seem like they care. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Wingstop at this location or any others in the future.

An absolute joke. This is our 2nd time attempting to order wings for an event. We pre-order for a specific time and then are told (at pick up) that they are running 2 hours behind. Are you kidding me? There was a line around the building and everyone had the same story. Then they said their system is set to central time, not eastern – it is really just excuse after excuse with Wingstop. I dropped over $100 to get nothing. How do I host an event with no food. I would give ZERO stars, if I could.
