This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to. They can’t count and they CAN’T cook. My order was missing chicken and my dessert. I came back to get the order corrected and they threw a random wing, not even in the sauce requested in my bag. When I got back to my car to eat, I noticed the chicken was raw. This is a hazard. I will call the health dept and report this.

I doordash this store and the employees are nice to me. They are a bit slow and all employees are Latino so they speak fluent Spanish and are ok with English. I bought chicken from here cause years ago their chicken was thee best around. However when I ate here recently the chicken and breading tasted way different and chicken to me was rubbery. Prices are ridiculous but that’s going on everywhere. They WILL charge u for any Extra dipping sauces and I was listening to an employee talk about charging more for drinks with no ice which to me is getting out of hand! Plus it seems when u walk into the store everyone is hiding in the back and sometimes it takes a very long time for someone to come out n take ur order. And some of the employees seem to hate their job and can be very blah when ur trying to brighten their day

I waited at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, no one would could out to wait on me. I went out into my car and went to the drive thru. They ignored me when I told them how long I waited inside. I order 2 three pc meals. The chicken tenders were small and no biscuit was in with the meal. What a sorry way to run a business !!!

My family came here for dinner and had to wait an exceedingly long time for our food. We were told it was because they had received a sudden influx of online orders. Okay, fair enough, that happens. Then a few members of our group ordered pies, some wanted the strawberry and cream cheese while others wanted apple pies. When they received their orders, they had received less strawberry and more apple than what was ordered. This was brought to the attention of the staff, who said they had run out of strawberry and cream cheese pies, so they just replaced them with apple pies instead of discussing it with the relevant parties to verify if this substitution was acceptable.
One of our party members decided order a strawberry biscuit. She was told it would take three minutes, only for her to not receive her order for at least ten minutes. Then as soon as she sat down to eat it, the workers told us the dining room was closed we needed to leave. Never mind we wouldn’t have still been there without the problems caused by their service errors and delays.
