It was definitely a different experience for me. I had no idea what I was doing and apparently was doing it correct. The lady working showed us what to do and how to do it. Its pretty neat. Was overwhelmed by so many different types of Ramen Noodles and the fact I couldn’t read the flavors. So I just guessed. Wanted more of a teriyaki flavor. I will definitely be going back.

This place is wonderful and has so many ramen options as well as stir fry noodles. They offer premade sushi, meal kits, and desserts, as well as soft serve frozen ice cream. They also have premade milk teas and their dessert selection is great to experiment on.
If you fell lost or don’t know what to do. Don’t worry! They have staff ready to help each step of the way.

Ever since visiting, Everytime I’m craving some ramen I come here. Yes it’s not your traditional handmade bowls like your get from a regular ramen place, but if you only want a certain flavor or ingredients that day, snack corner is the perfect place to go.

NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Had I known about this place sooner, I would’ve become a regular a long time ago!!! This is the coolest self serve ramen bar!
The owner is a very kind man, who decided to bring his Korean lifestyle to Lincoln! Thank god!!
The topping options were off the chain and the variety of ramen was amazing.
I also thought the prices were pretty damn cheap for the amount of items my son and I had gotten:)
The loft like seating options were awesome.

Snack Korner is located the door to left of the entrance of the Rococo. My kids and I absolutely love going here. My oldest is 20, and he discovered this phenomenal place when out with his friends. It is such a unique place to eat at. When you go in, you grab a tray and a disposable bowl. You then pick your ramen flavor and your mix-in’s. You then go to the kiosk at the counter and ring in each item. After paying, you can proceed to the ramen cooking counter. Once you cook your ramen, find a seat and enjoy!!! My youngest is six, and is the pickiest eater I’ve ever seen… However, it wasn’t hard to convince him to go eat some cheesy ramen at a new restaurant. ❤️ He loves when I make cheesy ramen at home. When we got there, he only wanted bacon and crab in his ramen. I convinced him to add some of the narutos because they look like flowers. We sat upstairs. He liked the Naruto’s so much that he was excited to try other new things. He tried and enjoyed their Enoki mushrooms (straight out of my bowl ☺️). As well as, my shrimp, my fish cakes, and my egg roll!!! . At the end of our meal, and since he did such a great job… We each tried a mochi ice cream, and a popsicle. They were the perfect light deserts after such a warm/filling meal. I highly recommend you check out this hidden gem. I think you’ll love it too!!! . Keep in mind this is located downtown, so parking can be difficult sometimes. . Hope you enjoy this spot as much as we do!!! ❣️❣️❣️

We visited a ramen bar for the first time, and it was on our daughter’s list of places to try, so we had to give it a go. The selection of ramen was great, offering a range from mild to wild, with plenty of fresh toppings to choose from. Each ramen is rated by spice level, and toppings are individually priced, so while it’s fun to customize, it can add up if you overindulge. They also serve hot rice bowls, egg rolls, and sushi. After checking out, you head to the cooking stations to prepare your ramen as directed.
The seating is upstairs, and while it’s bar-style, it would be nice to have a few four-top tables for easier sharing. Overall, it’s a fun experience and definitely worth trying at least once!

This place is like ramen heaven. A gazillion options to choose from, and so many topping options to make your noodle bowl wholesome. There is also quite the selection of beverages, sweet treats, snacks, and kimbap (Korean sushi). I got the teriyaki chicken and it tasted amazing. Such a generous portion for its price. I can’t wait to return to make myself a hearty bowl of spicy ramen that burns my lips and tongue.

Such a cute place! Did not quite know what to do, but the employee was very friendly and explained how to prepare the ramen and how everything works. Very delicious and reasonably priced! They also had an assortment of drinks and snacks as well, which was lovely. Would definitely recommend!
