Came tonight to grab something quick. The line was low, but the service was rushed and very unfriendly. My bowl was literally half full and all on one side. If I’m paying $15 for a meal, I expect for it to at least be presentable. I understand portions and what not but this is insane.

I had a birthday guac reward, so we decided to come here for dinner. We ordered through the mobile app. I ordered a carnitas quesadilla with extra sour cream. I have never had the carnitas before; I have only ever had the chicken, so I was not sure what to expect. We ordered for pickup inside, and our bags were waiting for us on the pickup shelf. The quesadilla was nice- the carnitas were a little dry, but I was able to use the sour cream to add some hydration. The portion was decent for the price. Overall, we had a good time coming here, and we will definitely be back.

This store posted their new “we have no change” recently.My purchase totaled $9.05.When I handed the cashier a $20 he asked if I had change,and when I replied no he handed me $10.When I asked if he intentionally clipped me 95 cents to cover their nickel he said they had no change.I told him you don’t use that as an excuse to hit up every customer for an average of 50 cents an order,and asked if he was familiar with rounding up AND down.While he was giving plenty of attitude while coughing up the other dollar,I could plainly see there was in fact plenty of change in the register.
I’m curious to know if this a local or corporate policy.

The staff needs to lighten up. I’ve only met one worker with a good attitude, everyone else looks at you like they want to spit in your food. All I’m saying is nobody got you that job but yourself, so stop taking it out on customers, or find a new job. Food is good but I hate the vibes of the workers.

everytime i go to this chipotle something is messed up. customer service is horrible, food portions are horrible; if i’m paying 12-15 dollars i would at least like more than 6 singular chickens in my bowl. today i specifically asked for a bowl with rice and chicken and NO beans, but what did i get? a bowl filled with beans. now if i was allergic this establishment would be getting sued! i also had a full blown leaf in my bowl. i have 0 clue what this chipotles problem is but it needs to be fixed before your higher up’s get called! 🙂

Ok. First thing first is the food was good and not bad at all. Second thing is when I asked why my double meat looked skimpy, the preparer put more in the bowl without an argument ensuing. I also left at 9pm. This is the only problem I really had here. Every single garbage can was filled to the brim with trash and also there was some trash left on tables. The customer service was good and the food was excellent. The store has a 98 grade as well. Overall I had to give y’all a three. If the trash was taken out and was cleaner in the store I would give a 5 all day

This place needs mandatory classes regarding customer service. This is the 3rd time I’ve visited this location because I was in a rush to get home (40 minutes away) and we don’t have one in my town. Rude, poor attitudes every single visit, poor portions. I get steak and I probably had 10 pieces, if that. I will make the extra 10-20 minute drive in the opposite direction for the other locations.

This is the second time that I have been to chipotle in two weeks and they have been out of chips. Ordered the kids meal on the app and it didn’t say anything about being out of chips. Get there to pick up my food. They were not apologetic at all. The ice machine was broken and the Coke and Coke zero were out.But still had to pay full price! What burns me the most is that none of them seem to care at all. I used to go to chipotle twice a week, but after the past two times I will not be going back.

Went to take another bite of my chipotle bowl and a bug was buried inside. I expressed my concern and they said it was “organic” and it wouldn’t hurt me and continued to make it difficult. Wouldn’t give me a refund until I handed them the bowl so I made sure to take the picture. They then decided to laugh with other customers about it. Very unprofessional staff.
