This guy was managing both operations by himself and didn’t miss a beat. I called my (3) smoothies order in and it was ready when I walked in (10 minutes after ordering). Jesse was helping 4 other customers while also helping me and somehow managed to do it all!! Thank you Jesse! You are Awesome!!!!

Been here a few times and repeatedly had slow service experiences but people have been courteous when they finally get to me.
Most recently I walked in the store and was the only person there and was waiting over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I ended up calling the store and someone answered and I asked if they were open and then a guy came out from the back. He was very apologetic and kept calling me boss man.
The smoothies are good I like the quality and another time I came they made too much smoothie so they put it in the bigger size cup than what I ordered.

Lady behind counter completely ignored me behind the counter and let 3 customers who came in behind me get served on the other side ( Cold Stone ) after I had spoke up she said she had not “seen” me. But had moments before said “I’ll be right with you” she proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes while no one else was in line.

Very slow. It’s so slow that by the time you get the smoothie it’s water. Probably off on the measurements also. . Go to the Immokalee one It’s better.
