Whenever I go to the mall, getting one of their boba drinks has become my routine. I love their milk tea, it isn’t too sugary and always makes me want more. The guy who works there is always so nice and friendly. It makes stopping by such an enjoyable experience! I would recommend trying the place out at least once, because once you find the flavor you like, you’ll find it hard to stop coming back. Plus the faces on the drink’s seals are always fun to see!

I asked if I could order a flavor tea with boba added. He said yes, but then handed me a milk boba. When I questioned it and reexplained what I requested, He said he can’t make me one without the milk, and refused to give me a refund. When asked who the manager was he said him… and refused to talk or try to try to resolve the issue. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to take a picture of the license because he refused to give me any company info. The license hanging on display expired in 2024. I have never seen a business run or so called managers act the way he did.

i’ve came here a few times. there is a heavier set young male employee who is fantastic. very kind and very quick. but i’ve now had two very poor encounters with the other male employee. on BOTH occasions i’ve sat right at the counter and wait for my boba tea to be made and on BOTH occasions the guy has left my drink on another part of the counter from where i’m sitting and not say anything to me. he just waits for me to figure out it’s sitting there to go get it. the first time i got a boba tea from him it was awful. probably the worst boba tea i had experienced. it was so extremely watered down. this is now the second time and the cup almost busted open from how much ice was in the cup. $8 for a cup of ice and a dash of the actual thai tea. i ordered. i see im not the only person to leave a similar review. just terrible service. and its only this one employee. the other heavier set employee is great.

I ordered pho, almost 20 bux with tip, I get it and it’s mostly all noodles, 1 piece of meet and like a half of a meatball. No other stuff with it (the cilantro and all the other stuff you usually put in it). Didn’t tell me until I asked after getting my food that he ran out for the day. I then asked for a refund because it was essentially just a small cup of noodles and broth for 20 bux, and he says he can’t but “he got me next time”… I’m from Tampa so I’m never out this way but I wouldn’t come back even if I was close by. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially wouldn’t recommend tipping, and if you do go here, I’d probably confirm they actually HAVE THE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED for your order before spending 15-20+…

we were treated like queens, the guy was so kind and polite and talking with us it was really fun and he gave us free gummies. the drinks were so delicious and we even got the extra smoothie in another cup just because he made too much on accident. it tasted REALLY GOOD and were so excited to come here for boba each time we come to this mall 10/10 recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrendous. And everything is made incorrectly. I asked for less ice in my drink and said I would pay extra for it and the manager agreed. When I get my drink, there’s so much ice in there that the straw doesn’t wanna go all the way down. I informed the manager this and let him know that I asked for light ice to begin with which he said he would provide, and then he goes to tell me that he did put light ice, and this was their policy, so I explained to him that I cannot have anything that is too cold and I paid extra for less ice. He said that maybe I should wait for it to melt. I explained to him that I would not be able to drink it and asked for a refund which he refused, and he said that if I disputed it probably would not go through. I know this male employee was not the owner, but they should train him if he really is the manager on how to have better customer service. I was very disappointed.
