I live around here and usually the service isn’t bad, but me and my boyfriend went here a bit ago and ordered hot chocolate. Pretty simple, hard to mess up. The workers were talking to each other and we waited for 15 minutes until someone finally noticed us standing there. All they said was “oopsies, sorryyy!” The hot chocolate was shit at best, atrocious is a better way to describe it.

The service was horrible, over 30 minute wait time for a simple pepperoni pizza. When asked what we were waiting on we answered “a pizza” and the worker just shrugged and said “oh,okay”. When we finally got our food it had been sitting on the counter up front at the register the whole waiting time and when we said something the worker girl said she had called the number 2 times. Even though we were standing right in front of the pickup line. Not one worker had the decency to ask why we had been standing there for so long or help. Instead they helped other people and ignored us.

A buddy and I were debating on where to stop and eat after being on the road for an hour or so. We decided Wawa. We decided on the roasted chicken sandwiches. I got mine with caramelized onions. At first was delicious until about the third or fourth bite when I went in for a bite and was shocked by the sudden hard impact in my mouth. I immediately spit it out only to find a hard rock like object. I immediately went inside to let management know. They were more concerned with where in the sandwich the object came from than my well being. Yes they offered a drink and another sandwich but I just wanted my sandwich replaced. I was concerned with the fact that they seemed more questioning whether to believe me or not. Very disappointed and will be reporting it to the health department

I left a review 7 months ago saying that this Wawa is mediocre. But it has changed. New management came and it’s a really nice Wawa now! They are helpful, professional and friendly. The food and drinks are more delicious, and the food is made better and neater in general now. The new manager looks nice and like he’s fun to work for. I’m so glad they have a new manager. Management makes such a big difference.
