I love The Grind and Go so much I decided to celebrate my birthday there with family! Their egg and cheese on a gluten free English muffin is like no other breakfast sandwich I’ve had. Delicious! I love the decor and atmosphere and the lattes are top notch. Megan was so helpful with booking the room for my little birthday gathering. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Grind and Go!!

I’ve been to grind and go twice since it opened (making the trip all the way from the South Shore of MA) and I cannot recommend it enough. The food is amazing – you can tell the menu with curated with care and expertise, (definitely recommend the carrot cake latte and soba noodle salad) the staff is always so warm and excited to see you and the decor is super cute – makes you just want to hang out there all day and drink coffee. Will definitely be back soon.

I am at this pleasant cafe for the first time and just finished a SO delicious and SO satisfying K2A Caesar Salad Wrap. The multiple ingredients blend so well together. I love how everything is meticulously chopped, resulting in a nice, fresh “crunch.” Healthy, too. This is THE BEST wrap I’ve ever had; am glad they have this vegetarian option. Now, I will relax and continue with my reading.

This place is an adorable coffee shop with delicious house baked goods and elevated coffees and amazing service! When I first entered the building, grind and go had an instant cozy and warm setting. I had a blueberry muffin and the toasty seagull wich both were amazing! Will be back again!

Absolutely love the breakfast burrito here. Great selection of good coffee and excellent service. The Christmas decorations are lovely, it’s a good place to sit and chill with your coffee

My experience here was absolutely stellar. The girls at the front were extremely nice and made me feel better on a sad day. One of them made my salted caramel iced latte and let me tell you that girl knows what she’s doing!! I was sad when it was finished. I also ordered the buffalo wrap and that ranch sauce is SPECTACULAR! I don’t know what is better the food or the service! Shoutout to the two young girls behind the counter who had smiles on their faces the entire time!!

The café looked great online so we drove 35 minutes to check it out, but the experience fell flat. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, despite it not being busy. My $12 latte was so sweet I couldn’t finish it. My boyfriend returned his cold brew because it tasted like water and the iced coffee he got instead was just as watery and flavorless. It took far too long to get our drinks, and the burrito and the food itself was bland. Cute atmosphere, but overall not worth the trip for us.

Very interested to see what seasonal drinks they continue with. I got the carrot cake latte it was very good. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese which was hot and fresh. The locals probably wont love the prices ($8 for a specialty latte) but I thought it was worth it.

Two separate visits l, same outcome! DELICIOUS & FRESH.

First visit was just a couple days after their grand opening and the staff did not miss a beat. I actually had no idea they just opened because everyone was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Carrot cake latte… perfectly balanced, shuttle hits of carrot

Strega Nonna… HUGE, on their house made focaccia, prosciutto, burrata, and other ingredients

Blueberry cobbler latte… nice flavor of blueberries, good espresso, perfect sweetness

The avocado toast on sour dough…. I could eat this EVERYDAY! I loved how the cucumbers were sliced thin, nice portion of avocado, tomatoes, perfect amount of pickled onions and balsamic glaze.

This place is simply devine. Can’t wait to come again and try two more different items.

Great coffee, amazing food and a relaxed vibe, another amazing venture from a Chef Nick and Meg from Kitchen to Aisle catering. Highly recommend the Strega Nonna for lunch and any of the signature lattes, the brown sugar pop tart latte and the carrot cake latte are my favorite (not too sweet either). If you’re getting breakfast I highly suggest the burrito! Their syrups are all house made and quality ingredients and the attention to detail in everything, you can really tell with all of the food, drinks, decor and staff. Highly recommended!
