Atmosphere felt like an American restaurant and our drinks were immediately topped up when we finished. The burger and fries were really nice too.

Burger joint near the family section of the resort, pretty quick service with seating indoors and outdoors. However, there’s really only 4 choices of burgers and fries. The burgers weren’t anything amazing, definitely didn’t resemble Guys quality. You’re likely better off going to the buffet and building your own burger that’s freshly made with whatever add ons you want.

The place is right next to the popular spots and is certainly crowded and chaotic. Ordering the food and drinks was quick but the food took a while to be served. Burgers were ok in my books. Lacked the seasoning and tasted a bit bland. Buns were delicious. Fries were really good. 1 of the few non buffet options for lunch, so try it out.

Update: I tried this burger again the day I left and it was definitely better. The bacon burger was prepared medium, seasoned, and the fries were better too. I have upgraded to 3 stars, but the last burger was nearing 4 star territory. They keep 3 stars for inconsistency and bringing the incorrect food initially, both times.
1) Food: the burger was overcooked and bland. I eventually received the jalapeños they offered when I ordered about halfway through, it was an improvement but still not good. A little salt/pepper and a little bit of grill training could make this an ok burger; as it stands I would skip it, the room service burger is actually better. Another franchise that slaps a famous chef/foodie on a sign and serves food that said foodie wouldn’t be caught dead eating.
2) Dress Code: I included a photo of the sign posted at the front door. Keep in mind that the restaurant is nestled between the lazy river, the kids pool, and an adult pool on a “beach resort”. The sign says: no bathing suits, no sandals, must be completely dry, must wear a mask. And they mean it… It’s a burger joint. Besides the mask requirement, the rest is ridiculous and just comes across like a scummy attempt to reduce restaurant traffic/usage/cost.

Went there twice (went back to make sure I didn’t just get a one off bad burger). I’ve had beef jerky that was juicer than these burgers. The only way to choke it down was to add a ton of sauce.
Meat was under seasoned, fries needed about 3x the amount of salt that they were served with (though the quality of fluff in the potato and crispiness on the fry itself was spot on). I would assume Mr Fieri has never been to this location as “poor” is generous.
Save yourself the energy of an inferior product and just order room or pool service.

Only a small menu but all the food is very well made. The burgers were very well cooked and the selection of fries, waffle fries and wedges were seasons to perfection. We eat here twice during our stay and the food was great both times.
