Tried the birria and asada tacos and both were good, but the birria stood out much more to me and the consomé was flavorful! The prices were a bit on the higher side, but my food was hot and came out rather quick.

Delicious Tacos! Great Prices if you know how to buy Tacos and take advantage of the specials. We did the five tacos special and the side of rice and beans and paid under $25.

Oh my gosh! I have never had such good tacos. Amazing. A bit expensive. For 4 tacos & beans/rice times 2 it was $44. No drinks or anything. The tacos are soo good though, ill suck it up and come back. Just wont be too often because the price. Ugh. Very friendly lady who took our order. Was patient with us (my son and I) while we were trying to figure out exactly what we wanted.

I have driven by this food truck hundreds of times, thinking I would stop, and I never did.
Yesterday my cousin suggested eating there for lunch today, weather permitting. It was nice out, so we decided to have lunch there.

I have always heard that food trucks have the best food; I cannot deny or agree with that statement, the last time I ate food from a food truck was twenty years ago, But I was willing to try it.

Now to the food.
My cousin ordered number 117. This meal consisted of 3 Taco Dorados, rice, and beans. She had her tacos with Carne Asada meat, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. I think that Taco Dorados typically have potatoes in them; come to think of it, she never did mention that it did or didn’t. She did say they were good and flavorful. Because I did not taste her food, I will have to go by what she said.

I had a side Burrito; next time, it will be a taco salad or tacos. My Burrito was ok but bland; it consisted of beans, rice, and Al Pastor for meat. Al Pastor is marinated pork or chicken with pineapple pieces.

I didn’t hate it; the size was pretty large but filled with predominantly rice and beans with less Al Pastor, but if I try this place again, and I probably will eventually, I will order something else and re-review or at least add to my review.
The salsas were good; the green salsa had some heat, so go into that knowing that; the red was mild but tasty.

I know everything is more expensive these days, but I feel it is a little on the pricier side; the two lunches, remember mine was considered a “side,” and we came with our drinks; after tax & tip, it was shy of $30.00.

The sitting situation could be more comfortable there; the food truck is in a small parking lot. I saw two tables beside the truck, and I believe I saw two tables behind it.
Most of the immediate nearby parking spaces are taken up by businesses; that said, Trader Joe’s is directly behind it; although Trader Joe’s shares a large parking lot with a few other companies, there’s typically plenty of free parking.

If you want to try this Mexican food truck, you can find them at 9975 Mickelberry Road NW, Silverdale, Washington.
They are within walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Bed Bath and Beyond, Goodwill, Costcos, and the Doctors Clinic.

A perfect way to support a locally owned small business! Please remember to be kind to ALL living things!!

Took a wrong turn from the Tarder Joe’s parking lot and found this place.
Dude, these tacos.

They load up the meats. The flavor is there, too.
Get at least the 4 taco plate. And tip well, they work on a small taco truck in direct sun.
And it’s made with love.

I went here yesterday and got 3 beef tacos that where absolutely amazing. No complaints. But I just went back today to get 3 beef tacos and they where over cooked. And PACKED with some sort of juice/grease that made them impossible to hold in my hand. They where terrible. And it was the same person that made them both days. You need to stay more consistent. Sorry about the one star. But I had to throw my tacos in the trash and I paid $18 for three beef street tacos. Pretty sad.

Tried my first time 4/22/24. Had Carne asada street tacos and some rice and beans! Food was delicious and meat was juicy without alot of fat chunks. Verde salsa is spicy but I love it like that. The lady who made our food was super nice and service was fast.

Jessica’s is a food truck, it shares a parking lot next to Trader Joe’s, and if my son knows I’m going any where near it, he wants to come too, because he loves her queso birria tacos. And their French fries are crisp and fresh too. You can tell they change their oil frequently and use high quality products in their food. Being from SoCal, finding good South American food has been hit and miss here. It is a food truck so there’s a couple benches outside but we usually eat it in the car, and it’s messy if you dip into the consume, so grab napkins.
ENJOY!

Expensive for what you get. Food taste good, service is fast, and it is conveniently located in the middle of Silverdale but portions are small compared to similar Mexican food just minutes away. If you are trying to experiment with local food nearby, try it! However, if you know and love the same food with similar (if not less) prices at a nearby Mexican restaurant then I suggest going there.

I ordered the 3 beef birria tacos for $12 from Jessica’s truck, which are very tasty. The tender, flavorful shredded beef is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The birria sauce adds a rich depth of flavor that complements the meat beautifully. Each bite is a burst of savory goodness, and the tortillas are soft and just the right size. These tacos are a must-try for anyone craving a mouthwatering, authentic Mexican street food experience. There is plenty of parking and 4 picnic tables for sitting.
