Molly’s Place is an absolute five-star experience from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. It strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it a great spot for everything from a casual lunch to a fun night out with friends.
The staff is outstanding—attentive, friendly, genuine, and quick. Every interaction feels warm and personal, and it’s clear they truly care about making sure every guest is taken care of. That level of service is rare to find and makes every visit feel special.
The food is delicious, always fresh and full of flavor, and the drinks are just as impressive—carefully made, balanced, and refreshing. You can tell that both the kitchen and bar take pride in what they do.

Found Molly’s on Google Maps on the way home from Oxford. It was amazing from the service, the food and the atmosphere. We have the sweetest waitress who took great care of us. The chicken Alfredo, southwest egg rolls, Thai Shrimp cakes and chicken sliders were all top notch. We will be back!

The fried chicken with the hot honey sauce was incredible. I love the atmosphere and the airplane pictures and I had an opportunity to meet the owner and she was amazing. She told me about the history of the area. The whole experience was amazing if I’m in this area again I will definitely go back!

The food was delicious and fresh. The service was wonderful. The inside was a bit dark for my preference but that’s just the mood they create. The owner introduced herself and shared the backstory for her restaurant. We’d recommend going!

I really loved the atmosphere and place, but my service was awful, and I had to wait over an hour for my steak, me and my husband haven’t had a date night in a whole year, the waitress said it was my fault because I wanted my steak medium well. When it came out, it was medium rare. She was rude and I’m so disappointed. Wasn’t worth the price. I also was recovering from surgery and hadn’t eaten in two weeks. Two groups came in, sat down, ordered food, dessert, and drinks, and were finished and paid by the time I even got my food. I had high hopes for this, but I’m sad to say I will not be going back, I felt very disrespected, and also, no manager was there to even talk to. I wish it would have gone differently. I did not tip because of the rude waitress. They shouldn’t blame long wait times on the customers. We were very patient, but when it came out medium rare after an hour of “cooking” I was livid. I ordered my food at 6:30 and got it at 7:40 and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. I almost cried literally, I told my husband I wanted steak, potatoes and a salad specifically and gave this place a shot..was not great at all. I paid $45 for a crappy steak. Not to mention my husband’s even more expensive steak that was awful. I don’t know the waitresses name, but she should be fired for how rude and disrespectful she was.
Update, the owners response is wack yes they gave me one free appetizer I ordered potstickers there were four so no two that I shared with my husband didn’t help and didn’t make me feel better for my hour long wait, it does not take an hour to cook a steak I don’t care what you say. You’re rude, too. She did all she could but made it a point to say that it was my fault for wanting a medium well steak. Are you serious??? What a way to run a business. Like I said the atmosphere was good and I really loved it at first and was bragging, but after that and your response, I’m astonished. I will be making an uplift post as well wish screenshot of this. Also how would yall know I enjoyed my steak when it was so late I had to get it boxed up to go I only ate a few bites in the restaurant and paid for my full meal minus the potstickers. So a few dollars off my $100 meal didn’t make me feel better no. My dog enjoyed it.

The Class of 1984’s 40th reunion was a roaring, joyful success thanks largely to Molly’s. The staff, stunning courtyard, beautiful setup, and amazing food made for a special evening. The acoustics were perfect for our program and for the band who said setting up was an ease and the venue was perfect from their vantage point. It was a fabulous night. It’s simply a great venue. Also, we had friends filtering in and out from the wedding taking place at the sister venue across the street, 1st and Green. Former teachers joined. And, the bar, inside, with televisions provided football viewing and updates throughout the evening. Grenada is fortunate to have such a stunning and comfortable venue in its grand historic district on the downtown square. Thank you!

I love Molly’s. Each time I go, I order the burger. I have never been disappointed. The burger is always cooked and seasoned well. I order the skinny onion rings, and it is a perfect match. The servers are always friendly. There is one named Sidney who always gives great service with a smile. The facility is always clean and cozy. It has slowly become one of my favorite places to dine.
