I was the only customer in line. Not busy at all. Asked me after the sandwich was put together if I wanted any mustard or mayonnaise. Then I replied with yes “LIGHT MAYO” & this is the sloppy sandwich I received. This is the only location for subway I’ve had problems with ONLY location. This place needs to get it together. & I tipped the one worker sadly my mama raised me right. But this is just a disappointment. 0/10. Not coming back.

I ordered on the app. There was no dedicated spot for pickup, so I had to wait for the person ordering ahead of me to be done in order to get my food. Only one person working and super slow. The bread on my sandwich was dry. The sandwich was badly made and wrapped, with the ingredients falling out as soon as I opened it. I don’t think I am coming back here.

Unfortunately, today I wanted a sandwich. I pull up to subway, 30 entire minutes before they supposedly closed. Mouth salivating, stomach grumbling, ready to feast on a BLT. To my surprise and my stomachs disappointment, the sign was off and no soul to be seen. I want my sandwich. Let me give u money PLEASE

Waited in line for 30 minutes. One person working, and some guy is ordering like 6 sandwiches. The guy asks for a particular sauce, and the one employee has to go look for about 8 minutes. Comes back empty handed. Finally a second employee arrives, he didn’t see me standing there and asked the people behind me who just walked in to help them. Just all and all a really unpleasant experience. Of course now they are empty, maybe just bad luck and timing. But, I would also say, poor staffing choices, and poor customer service to not notice who is in front of the line and start helping the people behind you. My son liked the sandwich, so there’s that! Also, the fountain is out of order.
