Wings were flavorful and not soaked in sauce. Calzone was good and seasoned. Marinara sauce was not too sweet. Pizza toppings in abundance. Also received it within an hour.

The owner is deceitful. My teenage son accidentally placed an order at this fine establishment as we were traveling. I canceled the order immediately, and the workers said they would not make the food but I had to request a refund through SLICE. Slice was willing to refund my money…..But when they called to verify that I did not pick up the food. The owner said that the food was already made. 100 not possible and not true! Deceitful Business!

We ordered food without a side blood borne pathogen.
We ordered over $100 worth of food for our family via phone call for delivery on Friday June 27, 2025. This has been a restaurant we have used regularly as it is local to the area for several years. We ordered out food and waited the typical amount of time for it to be delivered. Upon delivery a young woman dropped off the food and it was collected directly from her by our teenage daughter. Upon it being brought in the house we had noted a significant amount of dried blood down the outside of the bags and pizza boxed. The business was contact immediately via phone call about the issue and was transferred to the owner who then tried to claim it was marinara sauce or hot sauce from the hot wings ordered. This was neither as it was very clearly dark red blood droplets and streaks. Pete reported that he would remake the food and send the delivery driver back out to drop off the new food and pick up the old. After an hour and a half there was no update and no food exchange. We called the restaurant back for an update and was informed they had attempted to call us repeatedly, which there was no missed calls on any phone in the house. Pete then told us that it must have been blood from the one who had picked up the food from the delivery driver, which we had checked thoroughly when the food was first delivered and there was no injury or cut on her anywhere. On arguing this point and the fact that this was a health risk, Pete stated he was too busy and it was our problem. We proceeded to drive to OIPS Turbotville directly and dropped the food off where a scene did ensue as they refused to handle this issue professionally. The evidence was shown to Pete, the owner, and his wife, who then opened the pizza boxes to argue that is was not directly on the food. There was an argument based that this was still a health risk and that the health department and BBB would be contacted, which they have, then it was offered again to remake the food. At this point it was too late as this should have been done originally as was offered. A full refund was demanded at this point as the entire issue had not been handled appropriately by the restaurant owner. The refund was given and we will not be returning back to this establishment. This entire situation did not have to escalate to the point it has if they had done what was right initially and just replaced the food when it was originally offered.

Not good. The smell of dirty kitchen hits you when you walk through the door. We were waited on by a large sweaty man with a mile of nasty dreadlocks bound in what looked like an onion bag. We got a cheeseburger sub and a blt sub. The burger was frozen and grey and seemed like it had been in a steam table for a while. The bacon was raw and cold and chopped. The bread was thick and tough. Best part of the meal was the frozen fries. I had to shower and febreeze my pocketbook when I got home.

My first time at this OIP. Definitely not like other OIPs which I love. I ordered a medium everything Stromboli with extra cheese. No extra cheese which I paid $2 extra for!!! 🙁 Crust so thin that it was all soggy from the grease inside it!! Once cut grease ran everywhere!!! The only thing that I might go back for is the Breaded Mushrooms I had ordered. They were ok.
