If I could rate no stars I would! Absolutely rude. I saw someone leave this same comment saying that the guy serving him was sighing as if he didn’t want to make my sandwich. I asked him did he not want to and he said yes, but his actions said different. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

The sandwich was pretty good. I had a foot long cold cut combo on white (cold). There were 4 or 5 people working the sandwich line. The first guy that started the line was not friendly. The rest of the line was great. They were busy and they were getting people in and out quickly. The restaurant was clean.

The Manager really needs to order enough to last until they get their truck. Every week for years now it’s the same thing. Out of everything for the last 2-3 days before the truck comes. It’s ridiculous. I understand bonuses are based off food cost etc but my God. Can’t make the same money at a restaurant if you can’t serve people food when they try to order it because you don’t order enough food to actually last until your truck runs every week. It’s constant. YEARS NOW. Not only that, but they let the bread run down to almost being out before they make any more. Today they only had a few white and wheat loaves. Pulled multiple racks out of other types ( the kind I eat ) and said they could not serve me the bread until 30 minutes after they pulled it from the oven. Even though I said I’m okay with it being hot. They said they “ have to “ let it cool 30 minutes before they serve it. Yet, they ask if you want to heat or toast the bread that is cooled. Ummmm…??? It’s ridiculous that you have hardly any options for 3 out of 7 days a week and they let the bread run out completely before making more and refuse to let you get the fresh bread because it’s hot but then ask you if you want to warm your bread in the microwave. What?

Literally went to get a quick sandwich 15 minutes before close and they would not even serve me. I think it’s very rude to not service someone literally when you don’t close until 10:00pm and I arrive at 9:43pm. If you you are going to stop serving 15 minutes before then the doors should be locked but you can’t do that because your time states that you close at 10:00pm.

I normally don’t go to this Subway in the afternoons, today I had to make an exception. Customer service was terrible. Not both ladies, the one starting the line. First, I tell her what I want, she throws the Flatbread down, I wanted veggie sub but noticed attitude the entire time. My friend placed her order, the exact same thing happened. Maybe her allergies were bothering her, she should have had on a mask for safety to the customers and coworkers.

Their sign said their adjusted hours went until 8pm. I tried calling a number of times between 7:40 and 7:50pm last night to place an order- busy signal every time. We pulled up in front of the restaurant at 7:50. I tried knocking on on the window to get the girls attention, but she couldn’t be bothered to look up from counting her till, 10 minutes prior to closing time… I’m assuming she had the phone off the hook so she didn’t have to be bothered with calls either. Super frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. We ended up going to Jimmy John’s instead, they’re open til 10pm and they actually want your business.

Every once in a while, I crave a subway club. And I’m never disappointed. Normally, I get a six inch, but my plans were to get a foot long and enjoy the second half later. And I really did, but it was just later that night, lol! There are no photos cause I gobbled it down. Club with toasted bread, pepperjack cheese, spinach, black olive, cucumbers, dill pickles, bell peppers, red onions, salt n pepper, vinegar and oil, with Chipotle sauce. Oh mercy, it was good!
