I Ordered two pizzas for delivery. They arrived almost 2 hours later ice cold. No way to cancel the order when the original delivery time changed. Call the store and automatically put on hold then rings and then returns to the hold message.

Had a delivery with a missed pizza. When I called up there the lady was extremely rude. Told me the pizza is there whenever we come and get it. That she couldn’t talk because she was too busy and then hung up on me. Terrible service. She should find a different job where she doesn’t have to talk to people. Do better.

Do you see this pizza!? Oh yes it is as scrumptious and perfectly made as it looks! I typically go for an Italian restaurant if I want pizza but I decided to go with Papa John’s tonight and I am certainly glad I did… I am from out of town and I just wanted something quick and easy! I can’t tell you the crew members names but when I walked into the facility everyone was respectful they had masks on and it was a quick and easy transaction. The store was clean and neat looking even behind the counter. I’m sure we are all used to hearing about how bad a place is but I was just super impressed. Great job guys!

I mean, it’s a carry out quick service pizza place, right? So it was reasonably clean and bright and the food was quite tasty for what it is. I do wish the vegetables were a little more cooked and soft in the pizza bowl, though. What is excellent about this store is the very kind, patient young man who served me and the fact that Papa John’s offers a crust less pizza for folks who are gluten free and/or living a low carb lifestyle. Advertise that more!

What a waste of money!!!! It was all gross we didn’t even eat it. Ended up throwing it away. The wings are fake. It’s just store chicken nuggets with sauce. Then the “garlic Parmeasen” bread sticks were just regular bread no garlic or cheese NOTHING. The pizza was cold the cheese wasn’t melted it was so soggy that it just fell apart. It was gross $100 wasted. NEVER NEVER going back. But the service and people were nice. The food is awful.

“I’ll see if my driver wants to go back to your house.” That’s what I was told when I called them to tell them they brought us the wrong 2 Liter of Pepsi. “We tried to contact you.” They had the wrong number. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the Yorkville Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 2 hours late. After refusing to tip the driver he flipped me off. Not sure who’s in charge at this location, but they need management changes.

Two weeks ago I placed an online order for one, just one stuffed crust with two toppings. Not only did I wait two hours, and I am not exaggerating, but they made the wrong pizza. I had already waited too long and was not going to wait to feed my family any longer so I decided to accept their offer for a “credit” on my account. Well, I called to order at the Yorkville location just now and not only could did they not find my credit, but they also couldn’t find a manager to speak with. This is the only location close to my house and my children love the crust, so I felt compelled to continue buying there. I just don’t feel comfortable ordering from them any longer after this.

The service at this location was great. I was helped in a timely manner, and the staff were friendly.
The pizza was awesome. We had the stuff crust, a medium cheese, and cheese sticks. Everything tasted great. We will definitely be back to this spot again.
