It’s very hard for this Arby’s to shine with the challenges it is facing. The East bound traffic is allowed to get off of I 90 but unable to get right back on East bound I 90 at Madison. You must follow several miles detour to Geneva to get back on East bound I 90. ODOT has missed the dance on this one!

The manager at this Arby’s is always willing to make sure the customer is happy. She personally apologized for taking longer than usual. I didn’t even think it took that long but appreciated her attention to how long I had been waiting. Other times we’ve had small talk in passing but she always makes sure to let you know that you are noticed. Thanks for being awesome

Love how I used the app and tried to use a coupon to get food but was told by employee they don’t take the coupons from their app. The only reason I went in to get food there instead of across the street was for the free sandwich.

Cookie was stale. Sandwich was good. They forgot one of my items. Good thing I remembered what I paid for. The Ande’s shake was the same as I remembered it being years ago. I wasn’t the only one the messed up on an order with while I was there. I wonder how many times a day this happens if twice in 10 minutes it happened during my stop.
