The absolute most amazing experience ever!! An amazing fusion of French and Asian food. Johnny was so personable and such a great teacher. His courses paired with the perfect match of wines. I loved his explanation of the courses and wines and really loved the “challenges” of how we can figure out the flavor profiles. Definitely would come here again!
