I bought and took photos and throwed in thrash to explain to whomsoever sees my review until Mr.Virat is there then no use in going to this Subway and requesting not to waste the money

Said they closed at 5 on Christmas Eve, walk in before 5 and they say they closed early but were actively serving another guest. Absolutely ridiculous and lack of care for customers.

It’s bad when you actually take time in your evening to leave a review after work.
Went in to get a chicken wrap, made mostly of bread. When I asked for more spinach, it just seemed apparent that every time I asked for more spinach I was only gonna get three wilted leaves.
Honestly, after spending $16 And only getting Subpar “chicken wrap” as well as a drink, it dawned on me that I could spend 25% less of that and get a real burrito/wrap at chipotle.
I’m not sure if this inflation and economy is hurting Subway that bad but man I walked into the store, There’s no music playing, the guys behind the counter barely spoke English and were on their phones. It was the defining moment in my life where I don’t ever go back to Subway. This type of experience probably wasn’t the only one that a customer had today. I would bet that this location and most of the locations under the subway brand will be dying this year. pretty sad.

Extremely disappointing. The young lady who was fixing my sandwich dropped a piece of turkey behind the counter, picked it up, and put it back on my sandwich. I requested her to remove that slice, and she claimed it didn’t drop on the floor. What is it? 5 seconds rule or something? They have absolutely no idea about cross-contamination or how it works. Unacceptable.

Ordered online for pick up 11:25am 11/28/2022. Arrived a little earlier and there was only one walk-in customer. I told the subway lady I was there for 11:25am pickup. After that walk in customer left, I thought the lady was gonna make mine order since it had already 11:20am. I was standing there for another 10 minutes, apparently she did not make anything for me. There was no one in the restaurant except me during the whole 10minutes. At 11:30am another walk-in customer came in, the lady started to take care the new customer. I was a little upset because it had already passed the 11:25am and she still had not made my order and just letting me standing there. I politely asked her if it should be first come first serve? Then she was so mean and said “you wait or I give you money back?” Excuse me?? I was there for 15 minutes already and no other customer in the restaurant, and she did not make my order and ask me to take refund?????? I was so upset and ask her why she did not make my order since it had already passed the pickup time and no customer at the restaurant either. She was so rude and yelling “I do not wanna talk to you!” Because I was in rush and had no time to go other place since she already waste my time, I told her I wanna my food. Then she finally started to make my order at 11:35am. I was in a rush, so I took the order and went back office directly. When I open the bag, I found she made the order wrong. The bread is cold. I ordered lettuce, but she did not give me any lettuce. I was so disappointed with today’s experience. I have been always order subway online frequently, this is the first time I met a such rude and unprofessional stuff. Not sure the lady’s name, but she should be fired. I need an apology and refund as well. Definitely will talk to the manager.

I did an online order. Ordered a wrap. But got 6” flat bread. Those kids that work in this facility needs more training. Most of the time they panic while preparing order. The franchise owner need to teach them the difference between their breads. WRAP IS NOT A FLAT BREAD!! It’s always a worst experience in this facility.

Extremely third class service! They close 15 mins before time. On arrival, an Indian origin lady told us they closed 15 minutes before closing time. Also, all the veggies/meat were taken out from front display! Had to travel 3 miles to get to another location! Never again on this location

Food is mid. The younger lady who took and made my order wasn’t paying attention and was preoccupied with her phone. I had to stop her from finishing up my sandwich because she didn’t get one of my vegetables and didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces. Manager was standing at the cash register and yelling at the other employee/employees while I was in the store. I wouldn’t recommend this subway.

I was just in this location. I walked In they’re 2 people working one person is mopping the floor and the other person is behind the counter. I go to the end of the counter to order my sandwich and I wait, and wait. The person continued mopping the floor and the person behind the counter doesn’t come to take my order. I wait and still nothing so I walk out. I wouldn’t normally post a review but this is the 2nd time something like this has happened at this location. The 1st time my wife and I walk in 20 minutes before the location closes and when we walk in they staff tells us they are closed even though it’s 20 minutes before the listed closing time. I will not be returning to this location. Subway do better.
