I just order delivery and they had messed up my order. Called they remade it and brought the new pizza after about 2 hours. But this time when I took a bite, there was a human hair. Like come on… I get it it’s just pizza, but have some standards. This was after giving them another try. The food was gross last time too. They were nice about it and refunded me. But I think I am just going to stick with Peppions from now on.

I used to love this fox’s. Wasn’t as food as back in pgh but now? I don’t know what happened. Their medium pizzas shrunk to a small and tastes fake with bare minimum cheese. People are nice

I usually pay in cash, used my debit card. The charge was $23.30 but when I looked in my banking app, the charge was $24.00. They charge a fee for using a debit card and don’t tell you. Bad business practice.

I don’t know how these folks continue to do it with how short staffed they are; everyone there every time I’ve visited or called is so busy but I’m never waiting for more than 2 rings or 2 minutes for attention. When I’ve done pickup or in-person orders, they’re consistently under their time estimates. By 5 minutes at least. _I’m_ the late one. I don’t know why Google asks for an ‘atmosphere’ rating because they have no eat-in options. That’s not a problem, because they make food for you to enjoy in your Den at home. It’s in the name!!! It’s not a sit down restaurant, it was never meant to be; it’s a ‘come get this delicious, well packaged culinary art, go home to your family and enjoy it’ restaurant.
