This is now called El Patron, had the chori fajitas for 2 and the amount of food they give you is amazing! A family of 4 could definitely eat of this and be full afterward! Definitely recommend!

I’ve visited several times and the experience has always been positive. The food is always hot and fresh and the beer is always cold. My favorite dishes are the Pollo Los Cabos and the Chimichanga Platter, with chips and salsa of course! My only complaint is the service is a bit slow at times. But other than that, I love it. I make it a habit to go once a week.

Best Mexican food in Fargo!
1st visit: First impressions were lacking. Looks like “the husk of Moe’s.” The menu is HUGE, making decisions difficult. I was prepared to give a low review until my food arrived. I ordered a Verde Burrito, and though it did not taste like my favorite burrito from my childhood, it was rich and flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I need to try other items on their menu.
Edit: I have been to Casa Mexico several times now and I think it is fair to say, this is my new favorite restaurant in Fargo. The food is incredible, prices are VERY affordable. I usually spend 15 total for food and drink per person before tip. The only issue I have is that they get busy around dinner time and are usually understaffed, so dinner might be a delay. But TOTALLY worth the delay, even on a busy day.

**EDIT** Went back and they did make it right and was amazing I did not get the salad but got Fajitas and was amazing I will be coming back thank you!!!
This is supposed to be a Taco Salad with chicken without the shell. This is more like soup. Not sure how they found this acceptable to send out? I eat here a couple times a month and usually get great food. I am disappointed today.

Absolutely delicious!!! I had the Chicken Quesadilla Fajita, husband had Burrito Verde. Both were fantastic. The onions were astonishing. Miss Moe’s, but great sit down restaurant, calm, family-friendly atmosphere without all the noise from sports bars. Our server was amazing. Thank you for the great experience.
Update: We just want again recently and it was just as good! Our server was very courteous (same one as before). Definitely check this place out. Your taste buds will thank you!
Update #2: Not sure what was going on tonight, our service consisted of waters being handed out and food given. No one came back to check-in other than to put the receipt at the end of our table without even asking if we needed anything else. The queso dip was thin and lukewarm, not like what we had previously. There really wasn’t any service this time around. I brought my rating to 4, because of the service tonight.

Wow. Just wow. Amazing service and such a fun atmosphere. They have events that happen from time to time and the food is delicious! You have to try the horchata it is to die for!
