The restaurant has some positives but also room for improvement. While the ingredients used in the dishes are high quality, the food itself was quite average and didn’t fully meet my expectations. Indian food was much better than the Thai food. The service was good, but considering it’s managed by Four Seasons, I anticipated a higher level of quality of service.
One major drawback is that the restaurant isn’t stroller-friendly, which made it challenging to navigate with our kids.

A superb restaurant, located at the second floor in the new Four Seasons boat at the Nile..
The whole experience was awesome, starting from the superior Nile view, going through the very delicious food and topped by the excellent service!
The Mongolian beef is definitely the most delicious but other dishes were so good too.
We were celebrating a friend’s birthday where they also prepared a special cake labeled with our friend’s name and the cake was very good!
I strongly recommend not to miss dining there, it is going to be an evening to remember and enjoy.

Great food and service. Loved the beef bao buns, mongolian beef and miso eggplant. The mango pudding and red berry lava cake were a perfect ending to our meal. Thank you to the chefs and our lovely waiter Hossam.

We ate at Nairu last night. We had the Beef Bao Buns and several different dumplings as well as sushi. All were excellent! Our server Hossam was exceptional! The view of the boats on the water was an added bonus.

The place is nice and calm.
Food is super tasty i went for the Red chicken curry and Chicken makhni.
Staff are auper professional, neat, friendly and really amazing.
Parking is in front of the boat so you can park easily the only annoying part of it is el sayes and street beggars

I Was Very Disappointed With Nairu! For Starters I tried the prawn Spring Roll, which was the highlight of my meal and very delicious it tasted good with a nice dip, For the other starter I had the Chicken Satay and It was awful, It felt as if it had been left in a refrigerator for an hour before serving, and the taste was almost non-existent. The starters are supposed to entice you for the main course, instead it lowered my expectations, and I was greatful they where low, as I ordered the Thai Red Chicken Curry which was horrific. It lacked any form of taste and had no spice whatsoever. For my sides I had Garlic Naan, which tasted fine, slightly strong garlic taste, but the consistency was odd and it didn’t feel like an authentic Naan, which I belive could be said for a lot of the foods problems. For the second side I had rice, which was fine. The staff treated me with Kindness and respect and the atmosphere was pretty good. However would I come again, no, It confuses me how this can be considered ‘Top Rated’ by Google Maps, It is certainly not that from my experience, I have read many reviews from this restaurant mentioning other dishes, so maybe I was unlucky with my choice of food.
