Went to the Grand Opening & everyone was so warm and welcoming even before walking through the door. The restuarant was fully staffed & running like a well oiled machine. All the food was hot & fresh. It was nice they gave us a t-shirt & reusable bag as a token of thanks. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The staff is very friendly and tuned in to making a good experience for customers.
I usually dine in and the facility is very clean.
The parking lot is very large which is an unusually rare aspect for other local businesses.
I originally experienced the Panda Express experience in California and the people there lineup just to get in the door at many of the California locations and I’m pleased to report that the great quality of food is consistent here when compared to there.
I like to add spring rolls and ragoons to whatever I order and enrolling in their online app seems to give me some periodic offers and savings.
It took a very long time to finish the construction of this location (or maybe I was anxiously awaiting the opening) near my home.
Also I want to plug for a return of sweet fire chicken as a selection… not sure why it was discontinued… but it was available for such a long time that it was my go to selection.

This was the worst food I have ever eaten. The beef and chicken was so tough you could not chew it. Nothing had any flavor, it was bland as hell. The veggies were practically raw. The supposedly green beans were hard as sticks. I spent $62 dollars on dog food, cause that is where it went. The whole meal was completely ineatable. Don’t eat here at all. You’ll be wasting your money!

I was excited when I found out that panda was coming to my area, as the last time I’ve had panda express was a couple of years ago at the other side of the city, many times.
This evening, I ordered the Teriyaki chicken with greens and rice.
Unfortunately, the teriyaki chicken was very rubbery in texture and tasteless in general taste and flavor, it didn’t really taste like chicken at all. The vegetables tasted good, but I don’t think I can bring myself to order here again.

Usually we drive to the Concord location, so we we’re excited to have this one so close. We went midday, it wasn’t packed but that’s probably because it was raining. A normal day, at that time, I can see it being standing room only. There’s not alot of seating inside, but most of them are designed that way. I thought the idea of the drive thru is cool, if you know what you want. I like to explore/see and see my options. The parking lot is kind of small, we didn’t have trouble finding a spot but again, it was raining so we had options. The food was good, we ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice (pictured) and a black pepper steak bowl to go. The rice itself wasn’t very flavorful but it was fresh and complimented the chicken well. They did offer several sauces so you had the option to add more flavor. I liked that the rice wasn’t greasy like most fried rice too. The staff welcomes you as you come in the door, a young lady, maybe a manager, walked to each table asking if everything was good or if anybody needed anything. I will definitely be going back.
