**Edited** Salt co needs to step in and do an actual remodel or just give up in this location. Having been to a different Salt 2.0 I can say this one is a major step down. Theres no food counter Edit* (akin to places like buckaboos, Chipotle etc where you can see the items as they prepare your order. Everything is hidden in back) at this location so you can’t even see what youre options look like before you order and staffing is bare minimum. When i went it the place was empty and the vibe just wasn’t there.
I ordered a quesadilla since they’re nearly foolproof to pull off and boy was i wrong. This was one of the worst ones I had ever come across. Tasted bad all around and does the cheese come in frozen because something tasted freezer burned without a doubt.
1st and last visit to this location and after expecting better from the other one I visited. I hope anyone reading this hears me when I say, avoid this place. Even salsa fresca down near Stews is wayyyyyy better and they are just mid in my book. Run don’t walk, far away from this place lol. Check the Pic attached.

I have been wanting to stop in to Salt 2.0 and finally had an opportunity last week . I had the Harvest Bowl which exceeded my expectations even the beets were yummy!
I headed back today and with the help of the super staff landed on the black bean and sweet potato
Wrap! Not sure what was better! Both fresh and super delicious!

So delicious and so fresh!! We decided to meet for lunch and try someplace new. This did not disappoint! Cute ambiance inside, super nice staff and delicious, yummy lunch. We shared the Philly quesadilla and I had the chicken club wrap. Can’t wait to come back and try more on the menu!

Ordered a BLT wrap. Should come with bacon standard, right? I then added more bacon, which turned a $10 wrap into a $13 wrap… what exactly did I pay an additional $3 for?? Where is the damn bacon on this BLT? Bacon is the first damn letter in this acronym. This is a salad with bacon bits. Never gonna order from here again.

Nice place tucked away in the Four Corners area. The inside was very clean and they had a large menu. We had ground beef burritos and chicken and cheese quesadillas.
The burrito was served with a little side of salsa and I paid extra for a side sour cream. The burrito was delicious! The meat was seasoned very well and the chipotle sauce they put on it gives it a real kick. I didn’t find it too spicy but one of my friends complained it was way too spicy for her. I tried a bit of the quesadilla and it was good too. Very plain for me but nice if you don’t like any spice. I didn’t like the salsa however my friends all thought it was fine.
Our biggest issue was the wait. My food came out pretty fast (we ordered in 3 separate transactions) but my friends took probably 20 minutes to get their orders. There were other people who ordered after us who probably waited even longer. The cashier was very apologetic and explained they were incredibly short staffed with only two people working that night. I’d recommend calling in your order ahead of time so the wait isn’t as long since I’ve heard they are usually short staffed.
Overall i’d definitely recommend! The food was good and there is something for everyone. Just order ahead to save some waiting time!
