Sunday 1.18.26 around 1130am , I stopped for a steak wrap. Best steak wrap I’ve had from any subway! Great job, that employee deserves top praise . I took steak wrap to go. She even put extra napkins for me. Great job!

I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch GRILLED foot longs. Got home and no chicken/no bacon…hum. I immediately took pics and submitted online clearly showing no meat. The cheese was grilled to the bun with no meat?? They simply emailed back thanks for notifying them. Fairly certain a veggie sub is much cheaper than a chicken bacon ranch. Our subs are wrong every single time we go to Moscow Rd Subway/Horton, MI. Tons of complaints on our Horton, MI Facebook site.

It’s Subway so you get what you expect. I Will say that this location always has friendly employees, They always get your order made and cash you out really fast. I like in case you’re on a time limit on a lunch break. They keep the lobby nice and clean and are always stocked on cookies.

We went thru the drive thru. They had a paper on the menu that said “headsets don’t work. Pull up to last window”. So we drove up to the last window where a fellow took our orders before disappearing from view. He didn’t confirm our orders before leaving to make the sandwiches. My sandwich was incorrectly made and both of our sandwiches had the hardest bread ever. It is obvious that they used old bread. The time of our visit was around 4:30 in the afternoon. No one else was in line or in the building eating. We will not be going back. We thought because this was a stand alone Subway that the quality would be better than a Subway connected to a gas station but we were wrong!

Will NEVER give this location my business again!! Disrespectful employees who want to argue with the customers about what they ordered (I had a screenshot with what I ordered and paid for) not mention the only thing out of a pizza and 2 six inches the ONLY thing that was correct was the pizza. I don’t recommend pick up, I ordered my food at 7:40 and when I got there at 8 my order hadn’t even been started then I waiting an addition 15 to 20 minutes. I fully understand that mistakes happen but an employee shouldn’t be arguing with a customer and being nasty.
