Best halal diner. They have variety of halal options. We tried western omelette . Steak sandwich, Pepperoni pizza and chili cheese fries. Steak sandwich was delicious. The food serves hot and quick so we enjoyed. We will definitely come again.

We pass by this place a lot on our way from Wallingford to North Haven. I’m so glad we finally stopped in. The food is amazing. The minute you walk in, delicious smells greet you. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We got two kids breakfasts and a Mexican bomb omelette. Wow. So incredibly pleased, the omelette was so light and fluffy with a great amount of stuffings. the pancake was huge fluffy and not too sweet. My littlest said he wishes he had enough money to leave a 100 dollar tip. We will definitely be coming back to try lunch.

I had a fantastic time dining at Redwood Grill and Pizza for numerous reasons, but I want to point out the key 3 that stand out for me.
The ambience was superb, the chefs were delightful to interact with, and the food was absolutely immaculate. This combination of positive qualities culminate to make a unique, sublime experience possible as soon as you open the door. The prices are also extremely fair and the portions are more than perfect. I consider it one of the best places to bring your friends and family to.

If you want to eat BAD FOOD! you go here if you want to be treated bad you go here I don’t know what happened to this place I have not been here in 1 year or so but the food was horrible the smoke inside was horrendous because they’re cooking with bad oil I have to call the police on this restaurant and complain⚖️ the owner came out to record us I have to return the food I can only take one bite of whatever we ate and they didn’t give us what we order, this is bad, I feel bad for them because they look like good people , but they’re serving food that they probably they will never give to their parents or maybe they do.
Absolutely horrendous don’t go here.

After many years, my wife and I revisited an old spot in Wallingford…now under new ownership and management. If you’re looking for a good old fashion burger and hot dog spot, look no further!! They even have great chicken wings, great fries and our cheeseburgers were delicious. Good pricing, great portions. Vinny took care of us and he makes you feel right at home. It may not be fancy but give it try you’ll be happen you did. We also heard they have great breakfast…that’s our next visit with our kids, see you soon Redwood!!!

Took a wrong turn and landed in an old slice of family Americana. A classic burger and hot dog dinner in a residential area with great Nostalgia. The server Maggie was wonderful and made it feel like I’ve been here multiple times even thought it was my first. I would absolutly recommend.

We had a great time at this fantastic diner! We stopped in while at the flea market and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. I had the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time! They were huge and fluffy with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The very helpful and kind waitress made my delicious coffee perfectly. Others in our group ordered the grilled cheese with tomato, the hamburger platter, the steak burrito, the parmesan wings, and a bagel with cream cheese. It is a tough group to impress and they were all very happy! My husband wants to come back ASAP for more wings! Very friendly family owned diner that made us out of towners feel very welcomed!
