I truly enjoy the customer service provided each time I visit, but today I wanted to share the team is beyond amazing. Noe took my order and shared there was a static on his end of the headset so he made sure he repeated my order correctly. I love that they always strive to get your order down correctly. Then Briana at the window greeted me with a friendly smile and verified my order before handing me my sandwich. Both were very friendly and provided excellent customer service! Thank you so much! Your warm friendly smile and exceptional service does not go unnoticed.

Don’t order on their app/website. We placed an order for delivery directly on SUBWAYS website and the delivery person mixed up our order and gave us the wrong one and never returned. We went to subways to return the wrong sandwich with receipt and hopefully get it remade and they declined telling us to go check our house again and call doordash even though Subways took my payment method. Doordash says to go to Subways for assistance since the order wasn’t placed through them. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I used to order regularly from them but never again. Horrible customer service

After reading the reviews the owners of this Subway obviously do not care about the service . The service for me and my family has always been horrible here. But it’s the closes Subway to our house . Drive thru guy was horrible our order he completely wrong, and we still had to pay for it. The guy at the drive thru was not paying attention whatsoever. I definitely need to stop coming here .

Horrible experience! Do not order a big order with them as they will blame you when they mess the order up. BTW the new assistant manager in training is truly difficult. Still as I was walking out the door he was still trying to blame me for their mistake.

Do not order online from this store in the morning.
I have always had great experiences from this location, but I always got orders in the afternoon. This time I made an online order for two subs at 9:30 AM and was told to pick it up at 9:40AM. no big deal, plenty of time, but when I got home with my sandwiches were a mess. Haphazardly thrown together as if by someone angry they had to do their job that early in the day. I spent enough money on these to expect them to be made as they always are, but perhaps the morning crew cares less if they don’t have eyes on them. Still a great store, but the morning crew should have a talking to.

I went thru the drive thru today, and they were so awesome with me! There was outside noise around me and I couldn’t hear well(not subways fault), and the person taking my order, was so sweet, professional, and helpful to repeat themselves so I could hear them clearly! I can usually tell when someone is frustrated because they have to repeat themselves. But this person was very professional! And then the person at the window was so sweet as well. It was so refreshing. I will be returning soon! Oh and my order was correct! That’s such a huge plus in my book, especially when nowadays we are used to getting our orders wrong at drive thrus. Great job Subway on Bedell St!!

I usually order in app then pick up drive thru, either workers are over worked so they looked annoyed by the time they service you or they just having bad days. Food is always good! Better customer service then other store .

Terrible. The line was dirty. No cucumbers. Awful service. I have a vinegar allergy and I asked the man to change his gloves and he just rudely looked at me and asked “what for”. Like that’s none of ur business. I shouldn’t have to explain myself. If I ask u to change ur gloves then just do it. Dont ask why. Never going to this location again.
