This a a very chic, comfy breakfast spot! From the beginning I was greeted with wide smiles and warmth. I came with my 3 children and our server was fantastic! Both server and other staff interacted with my children, was attentive and everyone was just over all joyful and kind. Our food was amazing, the kids all wanted the triple play. Funfetti pancakes, choice of meat and eggs your way. I had the Traditional Benedict and it was all delicious. Also snuck in a sunrise margarita or 2 lol! Over all we will definitely be back again! Can’t believe we’ve never been here before. Such a gem, and a great staff. Loved it!

The strongman omelet was delicious and a healthy alternative for eating out. The homemade pop tart was divine and worth every calorie. The staff was friendly, attentive and treated us with so much love and attention. On top of all that, the coffee wasn’t your typical “it will do” restaurant coffee, but was delicious and they even have oat milk as an option!

I am sorry to rate this a 2 but I was not impressed. The service was really lacking I have no idea what our server was doing but she took forever to come to us and we hardly saw her. Our food was served lukewarm to Cold (poached eggs sausage and potatoes). Pretty basic order but I did not send it back as we had to head to the airport. The poached eggs were done in one of those Teflon egg poaching cups. I haven’t seen that in a restaurant specializing in breakfast and brunch ever! I couldn’t eat the “biscuit” to be honest it was like a great cake with a crust. I couldn’t understand how it was considered a biscuit. I’ve had Logan’s sausage patties elsewhere and they were very good but these were too cold to enjoy.

First time visiting Home Grown and it was a pleasure. Short wait time for a table. Hostess and servers were very friendly and provided an excellent customer experience. Our server Kevin was great, attentive to our table and checked on us to ask if we needed anything. The food was delicious and fresh. We truly enjoyed our experience and are planning to visit again!

The vibe is good but unfortunately the food is not. The plates are way too big for the portions for some reason. The service is okay. Back tot he food though, I got the sausage it it was not edible. It was soo hard and dry. My partner tried it and he couldn’t cut through it or bite into it. He believes that the sausage patties were frozen and was just thrown on the grill. His food was okay. We both got a pretty basic breakfast and neither of us thought it was good. I got the French toast and was so disappointed and barely touched it. It was a block of dried freak. Safe to safe, even though it’s convenience, we don’t plan on coming back. We left dissatisfied and hungry. Ended up going to toastique across the street.

I had an amazing experience at Home Grown thanks to our waitress, Kandace. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Kandace recommended the Country Benny, and wow—she absolutely nailed it! The dish was delicious, comforting, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Her great service and spot-on recommendation made the whole visit exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!

My first time trying this new place on King St for breakfast. I wish Google would let you give half stars because it really was a 4.5. The place is really lovely inside, and the locally made butcher block table tops and murals are a nice touch. Brodie, my waiter, did a great job. He was friendly and attentive without being intrusive and was helpful when I couldn’t decide what I wanted, offering a suggestion that gave me the best of both worlds for a better price. The menu overall is reasonably priced, especially for being on King St and next to / part of the Archer hotel. I think with this being a new place they still have some kinks to work out with the food. The “pop’d heart” was pretty greasy and way too sweet for my taste. I would’ve liked the option to have it served cold and without the sprinkles. The eggs were a bit too greasy with oil sitting on top but were otherwise cooked perfectly. The potatoes were pretty oily too, and would’ve liked bigger pieces. The side biscuit and sausage gravy was outstanding and the real star. The gravy had a little kick to it and was delicious, and the biscuit was crunchy on top and like a cross between a biscuit and focaccia. Super fluffy! They also leave the coffee carafe at the table, which I love, and the flavor was amazing, if a bit on the weak side (even for decaf). Would definitely recommend this place – I’m sure they’ll keep improving as they go on. Will absolutely go back.

This place is the bomb! I walked in and was immediately served with no wait time. I ordered and was served by Miss Gloria. And she gave me some recommendations. I got the French croissant French toast. And boy that plate was exceptional! I inhaled that thing. Definitely going to come back. The service provided by Gloria was exceptional, authentic and quick service! Food came out in less than 10 minutes.

It’s an aesthetically pleasing, modern restaurant, but that’s where the good news ends.
I ordered a flat white, which you can get at Starbucks, so it’s not a big secret menu kind of coffee. My server brought me a shot of espresso. When I let him know that I had ordered a flat white, he said, what’s that? Off he went with my description. Midway through breakfast.I asked where my coffee was, and he said, ohh I’m sorry, you didn’t get it? I gave in and had their very weak american coffee instead, since a flat white was clearly not going to happen.
Their signature Pop’d Hearts were overly sweet. I’d rather have a much better quality pastry than cute sprinkles on top. The biscuits and sausage gravy were just okay. There was minimal sausage in the gravy and the biscuits were too soft to maintain any texture in heavily thickened gravy.
I most definitely would not return.

Came in for the gluten free options! Our server, Gloria, was great and made our dine in experience very pleasant. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the menu options, and how gluten allergies are taken into consideration!
