Recently came here for dinner. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh, good and tasted great. Restroom which is used also with other “shopping mall” tenants, was very gross and dirty however. Recommended for sure as Subway is good food in general

Workers can’t even look you in the eyes and ask you what you wanted on your sandwich. Then we proceeded to the checkout and the gentleman that was at the register was really rude to my mother who has a hard time hearing. I will never go back there. Extremely bad atmosphere.

HORRIBLE FEMALE MANAGER!!! Stopped in on Sunday of Memorial wkend ’25 to get sandwiches to go, I told the sandwich artist to let my husband go first as I’m highly allergic to all pepper & he had clean gloves on, he was extremely polite. The female manager copped a major attitude & told me we should say please & thank you for me politely let them know about my allergy! Needless to say, we left w/o our food & will never be back. Do Not Recommend

While traveling, we ordered our food online and was confirmed at 5:39. App said our food would be ready at 5:55. We got there at 6. Walked out with our food at 6:20. Every customer that came in the store, maybe 8-10, got their sandwiches made before they even started our order, which was hanging from the food line the whole time we waited. Don’t use their restroom…gross!

I always feel like Subway in general is a bit of a crapshoot when it comes to how fresh the ingredients really are. For example, I’d say half the time you get old crusty bread and the other half of the time, it’s soft, fresh, and delightful.
I moved here to Clear Lake a couple months ago and have been to this location a few times since then. Each time I’ve gone, the sandwiches have been fantastic. Fresh bread, fresh meat and veggies, special instructions followed perfectly. The employees are great, friendly, and for my last online pickup order, they included some fun doodles and smiley faces on the stickers that seal the sandwich wrappers.
The franchise owner, manager, and employees here are doing something right and I have to give props where props are deserved.

I hesitate to leave bad reviews but hope to help them make necessary changes.
Food was fine—classic subway.
However the service and the wait time was atrocious. The workers very clearly did not want to be there and did not care to be remotely helpful. The manager did a good job of smiling through the busyness, but given our 20 minute wait, that wasn’t quite enough.
It’s far enough from the freeway that we probably won’t go out of our way again to stop.

Store prioritizes people over online orders that had been in for 20 minutes already. Was told to wait when I arrived and nobody had even started our sandwiches. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes when if I had ordered and walked through the line I would have gotten served faster. Makes no sense.
