one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences i’ve ever had. we walked in and the bartender (i think he had a beanie on?) barely cared to acknowledge our presence, we then were seated and waited a little while to get our waters while a table who just walked in were served immediately, the same bartender came to serve us and we had to greet him first..? i have never experienced that before.. and as he’s pouring our waters, he says to someone at the table “you thirsty?” with an attitude… since when do you ask a guest if they want water or not? what is going on? i was extremely uncomfortable and appalled by his attitude the entire time, and the fact that we still tipped…also the food was mid at best. will not be coming back

Nice place, great service, sushi is good and not super expensive. Not going to say it’s high end sushi but great quality for the cost! Drinks were well presented and executed! Service staff were all super attentive and friendly!

Nick the bartender is super knowledgeable and hospitable. Love the vibe here and the sushi has been extremely stellar. Some of the best we have had in the city.

Fun little spot that is right on Woodward. Sushi is a welcome addition. Love the asparagus truffle roll. Fish could be a little better quality. Chef was very attentive and easy to work with. Cocktails are good but service is sporadic and not organized. Atmosphere is cute as a button.

As someone who remembers the old hammer and nail sign stop the building, I was very excited to try this place out. However, the service was very poor. Drinks were good, but it took a good 15 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge me (and it was only moderately busy, at best). A simple “be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way…I am not sure I will be returning.

Great sushi spot! Everything was really fresh and drinks were awesome. Kind of in a hidden spot but did not disappoint! Wasn’t very busy when went and got seated quickly! Everyone should check this place out
