We’ve been here multiple times, and it’s a great family owned pizza place. We love their chili cheese fries and their subs. They are great quality and at decent prices.
The service fine! – but I generally only pick it up and leave. And I believe they haven’t opened the place up to sit inside since covid. But, despite those two factors, the food is great, and we’ll keep going back.

So disappointed! This place used to be my favorite pizza shop. We used to eat here 2-3 times a month spending nothing less that $60 each visit. The last few orders have been horrible, tonight’s experience being the WORST! I ordered a pep and cheese calzone and added broccoli to it, not a Stromboli, a calzone cuz I wanted the ricotta cheese. The owner arrived at my house to deliver my order and proceeds to tell me, HE CHOSE to make me a Stromboli cuz most ppl don’t like ricotta cheese and when I tried to refuse my order, he denied it. Told me if I wanted ricotta (which is CLEARLY listed as an ingredient) I had to specify that. When I asked to have the correct thing made and brought back to me he again denied my request and told me to take it up with Slice (the 3rd party company THEY use to process their online orders). Even though Slice didn’t mess up my order, Milanos did, I called slice and explained the situation and was told issueing a refund for the incorrect item should not be an issue but she needed approval from the store. Well what do I think the store said SMH so needless to say, I just paid $26 plus a delivery fee plus a tip for an item I did not order.

This was honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I called ahead for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. When I got there I was not really greeted, it was not very clean, and the prices are pretty high! The taste was almost dry and the cheese felt like plastic… just not good. This was certainly my first and last trip to Milano Pizza.

I used to love this place. Over the years they have taken a dive to the worst in town. Over priced and my last 3 times there the order was wrong. The last time there I ordered the same Sicilian pizza my family has always ordered form there and when it came out as regular new york style pizza I was told the don’t offer Sicilian pizza with those toppings. Why not tell me that the items on your menu aren’t there anymore instead of charging me an outlandish price for something I didn’t want. Regardless the place is dead to me. Unfriendly and seemingly just there because they have to be. Seems family owned but the family doesn’t want to be there.

I made the most fortunate choice to buy a dozen of their mild wings once, and haven’t had anything else of theirs since. Oh my, are they delicious. The sauce is excellent, but what makes them great is that it seems they barely fry them and mostly bake them. So it is healthier, the meat comes right off the bones, and it will my stomach never feels bad after eating these wings! I will have to try their other menu items sometime, but tonight I’m just gonna get more wings. Hands down best I’ve ever had, and I get the same quality every time I go!

Wow! Incredible food and fresh. Pizza is best we’ve had in Lancaster area. Subs are incredible as well. Fairly priced, good portions. Highly recommend, and this coming from a New Yorker who has tasted the best Italian cuisine!

Best pizza in Lancaster! Hands down. I’ve turned a lot of friends on to this place and after they’ve tried the pizza, they all agree that it is excellent. I alo wouldn’t expect wings to be especially great at a pizza shop, but their hot wings are surprisingly very tasty too. We get Milano’s 2-3 times a month and love it. We’ve tried other pizza places, but always end up being disappointed that “it is just not Milano’s.”

Haven’t eaten in the restaurant but have ordered delivery a few times. Food is pretty good, Pizza isnt too greasy, good quality and cooked well. Fried mushrooms are heartburn inspiring but tasty. its what you’d expect from a small strip mall pizza shop.

WOW I’M SO IMPRESSED!! All the previous good reviews are right on!! The wings really do just fall apart when you eat them. It is some combination of baking and frying them, the sauce has good flavor and not really messy. The pizza was loaded with toppings, I got pepperoni mushroom sausage. If ever passing through here again I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER HERE AGAIN!!

I’m surprised by the glowing reviews, but those seem to focus on pizza. I stopped in here recently and ordered an Italian sub. There was a below average amount of meat on the sub and it was dry. No mayo, no oil and vinegar, nothing. This is the first time I’ve ever thrown away food because it was so bland. The only positive was that the bread was fresh.
Not taking a stance on Covid, but if you care enough about Covid to still have your dining room closed, you should be following safety protocols when preparing food. Head covering (when I worked in food industry this was required) and face mask.
There’s a sign about a 5% cash discount for cash. I paid with cash, and there was no discount, and was asked if I had change so I could get a larger bill back. If I was given the cash discount, this wouldn’t have been an issue.
