Good music vibe. I ordered shrimp in curry. Disappointed that they left the tails on the shrimp but the coconut rice was very good. It took over an hour to get our dinner. Also they are CASH only. We were only told after the food was brought out. We were lucky we had enough to pay for dinner. I don’t know how they expect people to order seafood dinner and drinks and then be forced to pay with cash. Another table didn’t know either and had to go to the hotel to get money.

We had a absolutely fantastic dinner here. Note: they just moved a bit south from their original location. They are now right next door to Cosmopolitan House.

I had the grouper, stuffed with lobster. My wife had encrusted snapper. Both were delicious and the portions very generous. For sides (you get 2), we had coconut rice, vegetables, garlic potatoes and breadfruit chips. All we’re very tasty. The rice the best I have had in 8 days in Belize.

What was even better was the entire staff so warm, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation with Amaris, who also was so accommodating. As it was our last night, we only had a few dollars cash left and we were unsure is we had enough to order all that we wanted. We were going to go back to the ATM before ordering, about 10 minute drive each way, but she insisted we just relax, prefer what we want and go after dinner. I can’t imagine that happening back in Chicago!

We highly recommend you trying it out! Our last meal here was our best!

We had an amazing meal here – everything was fresh and delicious. The lobster was perfectly cooked, the fried snapper was crispy and flavorful, and the coconut rice and fried breadfruit were the perfect sides. You can really taste the freshness in every dish. Highly recommend!

Great new location in the old Loggerheads. Stoped in for a beer and a yummy appetizer. Ended up with a few of each!

I came to Hopkins after the Garifuna settlement day celebration with my family. My dad had come last year and had good reviews and I can say for myself this place did not disappoint

We requested fried conch and it was DELICIOUS. Thank you so much Shannon!!

Food was okay, I ordered grilled conch, was good. However the sides of fried bread fruit and steamed veggies were plain with no sauce or salt and pepper so have to eat plain. No desert served. Cash only. Won’t be back. Also waited long time for the food.

Good news and bad news. The service was okay and friendly, the food was really good. That’s the good news. The bad: there was only 4 tables with customers and we waited 1 1/2 hours for our dinners (2 people). If you are hungry then this is not the right place to go. Too bad.

Tiny food shack right on the beach. One dude working his butt off and smiling big the whole time. Hostel host took a bunch of us here, was absolutely the right call. Had the crusted snapper with breadfruit and veggies. Would absolutely eat here again.

The Lobster was delicious. Meal cost around 75 Belize with soda. The owner is an amazing cook, very friendly and you can sit right on the water front.
