TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Food is always good and served hot and fresh.
Food quality is great, no complaints.
Good late night food spot when all else is closed.
However, customer service is poor. Staff are quite rude.
There was a long line of customers last night (December 27th) and the staff working cash sat on her phone for about 10 mins before taking orders.
Customers who were in line long before others, were served after customers that the cashier knew personally (even though the had just arrived).
After ordering and receiving our food, I had asked for hot sauce and was returned with attitude and the cashier rolled her eyes.
My boyfriend then asked for the sauces and said he would do it himself. She stated that there was sauce on the burger but no hot sauce.
When asked for the hot sauce again, she kissed her teeth and passed it over like we were disturbing her phone time. She then went back to texting or social media, not even addressing those who were waiting to order after.
Customer service is terrible here. Rather than doing their actual job, the cashier last night was more interested in her phone and showing off whatever texts had come up on her screen.
Management at REBEL needs to review their staff or they will lose customers.

I guess late at night (almost 3 am) they sale just what’s on hand … I asked for a beef burger fully dressed/no cheese but I was sold a beef burger with cheese, bacon and fully dressed it was delicious but not what I wanted

The burgers are delicious . They have side to go with as well as BBQ. And they open from about 6-7pm to around 3-4am. You could also call and order before your arrival to speed up the waiting process to this amazingly delicious food.

Best burgers. Nice and fresh too. They put actual fish in their burgers. The guy taking the order was really nice. He offered us a free burger after we forgot to tell him no dressing on one of our order. This spot amongst few seem to be open at extended hours in case you’re looking for a late night snack.

Great burgers in general and are popular for late nights/ after parties. Affordable and tasty. Staff are usually busy and try to be as fast as possible but arent unfriendly. I usually go to the Sugarmill roundabout location and get a BBC(Beef, Bacon, Cheese). Only downside is that its a sketchy location in general especially late at night so I try not to go alone. Still worth a trip occasionally.
