For years my family and I have purchased from Pizza King. This Sunday 1/10/2021 I had the worst experience ever from one of the employee here. She was rude over the phone when I placing my order. She wanted to over charge me for a soda. When the BBQ sauce fell on the ground. I asked her for another one I was told it would cost me extra. I had to ask for napkins and crushed peppers. Normally the crushed peppers are placed on top the box of pizza. My family love pizza from here, but after this experience. I will not be back. Rude people do not deserve my business.

Buy pizza here because it is good but the service is terrible. There’s one younger lady that is a manager here and is ALWAYS RUDE. Today we called and asked for the carry out specials and a different lady over the phone only gave us specials with only pizzas but did not mention anything about other specials even though I asked if there was more. Little did we know they have a family pack that includes many items for a cheaper price. As we walk into the store my mother kindly asks about that special and the First Lady tells us she can ask the manager if there’s anything we can do since we were willing to wait for the extra items. So this manager comes out already with an attitude and raising her voice at us saying we HAVE TO CLEARLY STATE EVERY ITEM we specifically want as if we already knew that they had a special including a lot of things & if we cancel our order to reorder that special she will not give us ANY service (which my husband has MANY TIMES changed his order and he has never been told this). My mother kindly tells her we were just simply asking as I tell her we were not trying to argue because she sounded very upset as she responds “I have things to do” like if we did not. Not to sure if this lady was already in a bad mood and let it out on us for simply wanting a better deal but this place needs a kinder manager as every time I come here this lady is always In a bad mood and gives the worst service. Please retrain her in hospitality as she clearly has none.

I explained to the lady over the phone how I want my pizza this is extra uncooked dough I asked her I did not like my dough chewy like this and it seems that’s how it came out to be and I was charged $25 for a medium pizza and I was missing my soda and the person is handling the phone and the pizza and this is how my pizza turned out

This place has horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza on their website, when I got there they gave me a medium sized pizza and a personal pizza when clearly on my receipt I was charged for two medium pizzas which was what I ordered. He would not fix the order even though it was already paid for. The person I was with offered to pay the difference even if it was something we missed and didn’t understand. He said he couldn’t take the small pizza back and make what I paid for and on top of that, would not give us a refund. So we paid our money and walked away so unsatisfied. I actually give them zero stars.

The pizza tasted great, but the sizes are a little to question. I once ordered a medium pizza and it was so small compared to other pizza places. If you plan on sharing pizza(s) with more than 2-3 people, I suggest you to maybe prder a large or extra large pizza.

Friendly, cordial service. Excellent pizza! Excellent combo deals. This pizza is overall the best pizza ive had. The crust is airy and crispy and not doughy and dense. The ingredients are fresh. Not overly greasy. Ive had Tumbys Pizza and they are pretty good but Pizza King is my new favorite pizza spot 🙂

I have always order wings in other Pizza places and at Pizza King. Wings ALWAYS come with ranch…so I ordered an extra ranch. But I only came with one and told the driver I order an extra ranch and I know the wings come with one already. He said “no. Just the salads do” I said no worried ill call the place right now. And I did. The girl who answer the phone was so rude and claim wings don’t come with ranch.
Never ordering there again. Prices are over the top. I can order the same thing for cheaper and bigger pizzas somewhere else.
